Because it was said, "The manifesting splendor, the incomparable self." The king is the great Vajradhara, beautiful and radiant, surpassing all others. As it is said in the Vajrashekhara Sutra: "Then the king, Vajradhara, with the supreme power of all beings." Therefore, it is said. The secret of his body, speech, and mind is contemplation, as it is said in the Vajrashekhara Sutra: "Moreover, by contemplating in secret, therefore it is called contemplation." Therefore, it is said. Furthermore, all sentient beings and the generation of Bodhicitta, etc., are all the evil destinies. Complete purification means placing in the practice of Bodhi and abandoning all conceptualizations. As it is said in this very text: "Why purify all evil destinies, place in the very practice of Bodhi." And, "The nature of mind is Dharmakaya, hence without body, abandoning all conceptualizations." Therefore, it is said. Giving fearlessness to all beings through these is splendor. As it is said: "Giving fearlessness to all beings is called Vajra Splendor." Therefore, it is said. His king is as before. Contemplation is contemplating the meaning of non-thought, as it is said in the root tantra: "Therein, the lord of non-thought and thought, thought arises from contemplation." Therefore, it is said. The explanation of the name is finished. Such a tantra, the one who compiles it, Vajradhara, residing in the palace of the lord of the ten bhumis, with willow trees, remembering in his mind, spoke (thus), etc. Among them, "Thus" refers to the essence of the sutra and meaning that has just been explained, which is truly compiled. "I" (བདག) shows that it is oneself, not coming through the lineage of hearing. This shows that it is oneself who heard. Hearing means hearing with the wisdom of the nature of hearing, not hearing with realization. This shows that it is the future and not realized. When did he hear? He said the word "one time," hearing at the time of one time, otherwise hearing others, which means showing that there is much hearing. Or, "one time" means hearing everything in an instant, that is,

Since the kalpas of the three times, past, present, and future, appear separately, one hears everything, which shows that he is an immeasurable being. Or, since the deed can be done in a single moment, it shows that this continuum arises in a single moment, which is difficult to occur. In order to eliminate the doubt of "From whom did you hear?", the term "Bhagavan" was mentioned, because he has conquered the afflictions, the sons of gods, the skandhas, and the maras who abide in the characteristics of the Lord of Death, therefore he is the Bhagavan. Or, because he possesses the six qualities such as sovereignty, he is the Bhagavan. Thus, after showing the perfection of the teacher, in order to show the perfection of the place, the phrase "all the assemblies of gods" and so on were mentioned. The term "all the assemblies of gods" refers to the gods of the Thirty-Three (Trāyastriṃśa). Their Joyful Grove is the Joyful Grove among the four groves on top of Mount Meru, on top of the stainless jewel. The term "exceedingly pleasing" refers to what is shown. Explaining it, "jewels" and so on, jewels refer to vajras and so on. The term "golden tree with branches and twigs" refers to the tree itself appearing as golden. The trees have gel pa (uncertain meaning), and the medicinal herbs and flowers include lotus (kamala), kanikara, bakula, tilaka, ashoka, mandārava, mahāmāndārava, and so on, various kinds of flowers, and wish-fulfilling trees are adorned, which means they are decorated with them, and so on, including mañjuśaka and so on. The term "various ornaments" refers to umbrellas, victory banners, streamers, five-colored banners, and so on, which are used to decorate them. The term "adornment" refers to embellishment. This shows the pleasing nature of trees, medicinal herbs, flowers, and five-colored banners. The term "many birds making sounds" refers to cuckoos, shasha birds, bluebirds, and so on making pleasant sounds, which shows the pleasing nature of animals. The term "drums, cymbals, harps, flutes, large drums, and so on" refers to the sounds of them being loud, and so on includes conch shells and cymbals. This shows the pleasing nature of musical instruments. The term "Indra, Brahma, and other gods and goddesses playing in various ways" refers to them being very satisfied in that place.
