English
Adorned with twelve ornaments, feathers, etc. The self-nature of the three realms is all-pervading. This is in the manner of appearing in the three realms. All vajra nature is pure. This refers to all of samsara and nirvana, and the very appearance of the Great Vajradhara. Having praised in this way, what is the benefit? It is indicated by "who," etc., whether male or female. This "writing" refers to writing on cloth, etc. "Reading" refers to reading and reciting. "Do they always hold them?" This is in the manner of thinking and meditating. "Listening with mindfulness is also acceptable." This is listening with mindfulness preceding it. "Also" refers to collecting what is hung on the top of victory banners and offerings, etc.; it also refers to such things. "What is the need?" "One will become like Vajrapani." Thus it is said, meaning one will become a great Vajradhara. "Bhagavan" and so forth indicate joy and rejoicing. Those who wish to practice the means of the secret mantra path dedicate the roots of virtue and rejoice. The meaning is that the assembly of emanations is gathered into the body, and from engaging in the activity of emanation, one abides as one pleases. "Bhagavan" refers to Shakyamuni Buddha, and Vajrapani blessed by him, and the wrathful Vajradhara, etc. After speaking thus, it refers to the root tantra, the branches of the tantra, and the subsequent subsequent tantras. Indra and Brahma, etc., the retinues of the gods, and gods, humans, asuras, gandharvas, yakshas, rakshasas, etc., refer to names that are also mostly dependent on miraculous powers. Being delighted by what the Bhagavan said, rejoicing, means being delighted by obtaining the fruit, rejoicing in what the emanation of the tantra has said. The examination of the King of Radiance, which completely purifies all the lower realms, is as previously explained. "One-sided" means the collection of the essence of that very nature, and from the Supreme First Tantra, the Vajra Peak Tantra, etc., this chapter is a portion that has been gathered together.

This is a term that indicates it is gathered and shown here from other usages. By the glorious king appearing, which purifies the evil destinies, whatever merit I have accumulated, may all beings purify the evil destinies, and may they become Vajradharas. Thus concludes "The Circumstance of the Appearance of the Glorious King Contemplation, Which Completely Purifies All Evil Destinies." The Indian Abbot Subidyakara Varma, and the great translator monk Wangchuk Gyaltsen, translated, edited, and finalized it. Named "The Ornament of Appearance of the Glorious King Contemplation, Which Completely Purifies All Evil Destinies."
