That itself rotating is of electricity. Two palms placed above and below are of the clouds. These are the heart essence mudras, the action mudras are also these, this is called the samaya heart essence mudra. The worldly action mudras are also these. That itself hiding the ring finger is Vajrapani, this is called the vajra palms themselves, the joints of the ring finger not bent, is the empowerment vajra jewel mudra. That itself using the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) not bending the joints is the empowerment giving, is the mudra of Akashagarbha.
