མངོན་སྤྱོད་རྣམས་ལ་གཅིག་དང་བཞི་དང་བཞིས་གཙོ་བོར་འགྲུབ་བོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །གཞན་ཡང་དེ་དག་གི་ཐུན་མོང་གི་འབྲས་བུ་ནི། བཟླས་པ་དང་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་གི་ལས་ཀྱི་དགོས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཞི་བ་ལ་འོད་ཟེར་གསལ་བས་བསྒྲུབ་པའི་དངོས་པོ་གང་བར་བསྒོམ་ཞིང༌། ཞི་བ་ལྷའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཞི་བའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་ཞི་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །རང་གི་ལུས་གསེར་བཙོམ་ལྟ་བུ་དང༌། ཉི་མ་ཤར་བ་ལྟ་བུར་བསམས་ལ་རྒྱས་པའི་ལས་བྱའོ། །འོད་ཟེར་སེར་པོས་དགང་བར་བྱའོ། །སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཀྱི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་གྱིས་ཧྲི་དང་འདྲ་བའི་འོད་ཟེར་བཏང་བས་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱ་བའི་སྙིང་ལ་ཀུན་དུ་བསྐོར་ནས་བྱེད་ཅིང་བསམས་ན་འདོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དབང་དུ་བྱེད་དོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ལས་རྣམས་བཤད་ནས་དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པས་རྟོག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དང་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་ལ་སོགས་པའི་དུས་སུ་རྒྱས་གདབ་པ་སྟོན་ཏེ། དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ནས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕན་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཐེ་ཚོམ་ཐམས་ཅད་གཅོད་པ་ངན་སོང་ཐམས་ཅད་བཟློག་པའི་རྟོག་པ་དམ་པ་འདི་བཤད་པ་ལེགས་སོ་ལེགས་སོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དགའ་ནས་ལན་གཉིས་སུ་ཞུས་པའོ། །དེ་ནས་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེས་ཕྱག་རྒྱའི་ལེའུ་འདི་བཤད་དོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བདེ་བར་བྱེད་པས་ན་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་སྟེ་འོག་ནས་འབྱུང་བའོ། །ལེའུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གོས་དང་འདྲ་བ་སྟེ་ཆོ་ག་དང་རིམ་པ་དང་རྣམ་པར་འབྱེད་པ་དང་དུམ་བུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །འདི་བཤད་དོ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་གསུངས་པའོ། །ལག་པ་གཉིས་མདུན་དུ་བཞག་ལ་ཨ་ལས་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ཏེ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ལག་པ་གཉིས་མདུན་དུ་བཞག་ནས་ཨ་ལས་ཟླ་བ་ཧཱུཾ་ལས་རྡོ་རྗེ་བསྐྱེད་དེ་ཐིམ་པའོ། །ཧཱུཾ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་དང་ཨ་ཞེས་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གཉིས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཧཱུཾ་ཨཱཿཞེས་བརྗོད་པས་སོ། །ལག་པ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ཐལ་མོ་གཉིས་ཀ་ལ་ཨ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཡི་གེ་བཅུ་དྲུག་ ཀུན་དུ་གང་ཞིང་འཕྲོ་བར་བྱ་སྟེ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཟླ་བ་ལ་གཡས་སྐོར་གྱིས་ཨ་ཨཱ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བཅུ་དྲུག་འོད་ཟེར་དང་བཅས་ཏེ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །མཐེ་བོང་གཉིས་ལ་ཨོཾ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བཞག་ནས་གུང་མོ་གཉིས་ལ་ཧཱུཾ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་གཞག །མཛུབ་མོ་གཉིས་ལ་ཧཱུཾ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་གཞག །སྲིན་ལག་གཉིས་ལ་ཧྲི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་གཞག །མཐེ་བོང

据说，通过一和四及四，主要成就各种显现的行为。此外，它们的共同结果是：应当成办念诵和火供事业的一切所需。对于寂静法，观想通过明亮的光芒所成就的事物充满一切；与寂静天尊瑜伽相应，以寂静之心而寂静。观想自身如精炼之金，如日出之景，行增益事业。以黄色光芒充满。通过观世音的瑜伽，放出与“舍”（藏文：ཧྲི་，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）相似的光芒，在所要成就之心的周围环绕而行，如此思念，则能掌控一切 desired。如是宣说诸事业后，此后，世尊金刚手等，在一切分别的坛城和火供等之时，显示增长的印契。此后，向世尊金刚手顶礼，如是禀告：世尊金刚手为了利益一切有情，断除一切疑惑，遣除一切恶趣，宣说此殊胜分别，善哉！善哉！这是欢喜而再三祈请。此后，金刚手宣说手印品，手印是带来安乐的，即下文将述。品，犹如衣服，是仪轨、次第、分别和段落之义。此宣说，即是说。双手置于前方，以“阿”（藏文：ཨ་，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）加持成月轮，即是双手置于前方，从“阿”（藏文：ཨ་，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）生出月亮，从“吽”（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）生出金刚而融入。以“吽”（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）和“阿”（藏文：ཨ་，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）二者的月轮加持，即是念诵“吽阿”（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：हूँ आः，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ āḥ，汉语字面意思：吽 阿）。双手掌中，充满并放射“阿”等十六字母，即是以顺时针方向在月亮上布满“阿、阿”等十六个字母，并伴随光芒之义。两拇指上放置“嗡”（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），两中指上放置“吽”（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），两食指上放置“吽”（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），两无名指上放置“舍”（藏文：ཧྲི་，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍），拇指

It is said that various manifest actions are mainly accomplished through one, four, and four. Furthermore, their common result is: all the necessities for accomplishing the actions of recitation and fire offerings should be fulfilled. For peaceful practices, contemplate the objects accomplished through clear light filling everything; being in union with the yoga of peaceful deities, pacify with a peaceful mind. Imagine one's own body as refined gold and like the rising sun, and perform the action of increasing. Fill it with yellow light. Through the yoga of Avalokiteśvara, emit rays of light similar to "hrīḥ" (藏文：ཧྲི་，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍), circling around the heart of what is to be accomplished, and thinking in this way, one will control all desires. Having explained the actions in this way, then, the Bhagavan Vajrapani and others, at the time of the mandala of all discriminations and fire offerings, show the sealing of increase. Then, prostrating to the Bhagavan Vajrapani, they requested as follows: Bhagavan Vajrapani, for the benefit of all sentient beings, cutting off all doubts, averting all bad destinies, you have explained this excellent discrimination, well done! well done! This is the joyful and repeated request. Then, Vajrapani explained this chapter on mudras, the mudra is that which brings happiness, which will be explained below. Chapter means like a garment, it means ritual, order, distinction, and section. This explained means spoken. Placing both hands in front and blessing them into a lunar mandala with "a" (藏文：ཨ་，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿), means placing both hands in front and generating the moon from "a" (藏文：ཨ་，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿) and the vajra from "hūṃ" (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) and dissolving them. Blessing with the two lunar mandalas of "hūṃ" (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) and "a" (藏文：ཨ་，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿) means reciting "hūṃ āḥ" (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：हूँ आः，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ āḥ，汉语字面意思：吽 阿). Filling and radiating the sixteen letters such as "a" on both palms, means filling the moon with the sixteen letters such as "a, ā" clockwise, along with rays of light.
