By accomplishing through empowerment, through faith and conduct, etc., the twelve ways of going higher and higher, as well as attaining worldly achievements and Buddhahood, and as previously stated, performing peaceful activities, etc., and merely applying it to all subtle activities will accomplish them, and by smearing with sand and mustard seeds, etc., one will be liberated from all plagues, demons, and poisons, and that empowerment, because Vajrapani resides in that place, will accomplish everything, that is its meaning. Other categories of rituals will also accomplish all activities, which refers to the tantras of action, conduct, and yoga. Other categories of rituals also refer to the arising of the five-fold deities previously mentioned in Kriya, as well as the arising from mere mantra syllables, and the actualization of enlightenment mentioned in the Yoga Tantra, as well as the categories of arising from mere seed syllables, etc., will also accomplish all activities, that is its meaning. This refers to the empowerment and vows of this mandala being supreme, that is its meaning. By easy means, liberation is achieved as before, so for those who have fallen under the power of evil destinies, such as gods, nagas, yakshas, and rakshasas, reciting mantras, performing fire offerings, and empowerments for the dead corpse, image, or name, etc., as before, refers to the two sets of easy eight-fold practices. The first recitation refers to the recitation itself, as well as throwing it into the river and making tsha-tshas, these three. Fire offering refers to the fire offering itself and the great fire offering, these two. Empowerment refers to the empowerment itself, as well as placing it in the center of a stupa and burying it in a cemetery, these three. Completely liberating all evil destinies refers to the benefits of these. Then, in the phrase "among those," etc., the deities mentioned in the three tantras are supplemented. Then refers to as before. The Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajrapani, looking at the face of the Bhagavan with a lion's gaze, prostrated and said, refers to looking with a fearless manner, prostrating for the sake of blessing, and then what will appear below.
