The wisdom of non-existence is the mind of enlightenment, as well as the collection, wisdom, and conduct of enlightenment. These four are, in order, the purification of evil destinies, the precious crown, Shakyamuni, and the great opening of the lotus. As it is said: In enlightenment, the mind is generated, Likewise, collection and wisdom, The conduct of enlightenment is perfectly practiced, In the four kings, it truly arises. As it is said. That wisdom itself is the one that gathers all dharmas into one, which is the Bhagavan Vairochana. As it is said: In the center is Vairochana, It is the gathering of all dharmas into one. As it is said. This is different in the way it deviates from the fruit itself, but it is not different in its own nature. This also shows those who wish to practice the means of the secret mantra door that they should first know the reality of the mandala. Having thus taught the formless inner mandala, now, starting from "then," the outer mandala with form is taught. "Then" means without interruption. "Also" means to gather. The Bhagavan has compassion for all sentient beings, which is for the benefit of people. The outer mandala is that which has form and in which all can enter. This is said for the benefit of people. Temples and gardens, stupas, shrines, monasteries, etc., according to the rituals, begin to bless the place. The so-called temples, stupas, shrines, monasteries, riverbanks, east of the city, north direction, or any suitable place. After that, for the purpose of drawing the mandala, this verse should be recited: All the gods who walk on the earth, and all who dwell on the earth, with loving hearts from this place, for the benefit of all beings, I pray for the joy of all beings. After that, as appropriate, dig to a depth where the knees are submerged, remove rubble, etc., and sweep and sprinkle with the mantra water of eyes, vajra, yakshas, and nectar vortex. e Make a small examination. Smear with cow urine and dung. This is the ritual of grasping the earth and purifying it. Then adorn with various clothes and ornaments. After bathing, anoint the body with perfume. Generate as Vajrakilaya. In the two eyes, draw the moon and sun from "ma" and "ṭa". On the feet, generate various vajras from "a". Holding the vajra bell in both hands, proclaim the sound of the letter HŪṂ. Circle from the right and say, "Stand still." Also make boundaries, fences, and nets. Repel demons and hatred. Then bless the phurba and drive the phurba in. This means: the ritual as it is. That is the meaning. Then meditate on the first union, the supreme mandala, and the supreme action, and raise the mandala into the sky. In the realm of the gods, make round and square diagrams with sandalwood and so on. Summarize the examination of the mandala. Draw in and out with iron hooks and so on. Banish obstacles, make fences and nets. Close the doors and make the protection firm. Precede with offerings and libations, and seal with four mudras. Offer with all the offerings, reciting each of their mantras as much as possible. Especially place the vase and the disciples, and outside give tormas, perform proximity and fire offerings, make offerings and prayers, and so on. With just this much, begin to bless the place. This is what it means. In that blessed place. What is said is right there. Draw the outer mandala. What is said is the second gate of the mandala. Equal in all directions, a square with corners, with one gate in each direction, so it is called the four-gated. Possessing four horse ramps, and a row of four steps, adorned with lions and cattle. What is said is: in each direction there is a horse ramp, a row of steps, adorned with lions and cattle, so it is said. Adorn with silk and five-colored streamers, necklaces, garlands, bells, and pottery. What is said is: with silk five-colored streamers, pearl necklaces, flower garlands, bells, cymbals, and so on. Adorn with drums, so it is said. Adorn with the mudras of vajra, jewel, lotus, and crossed vajra. What is said is
