In addition, trembling of the body, or extreme fear, shyness, hair standing on end, and the appearance of particularly loud sounds outside the dwelling, etc., are said to be medium signs. Do not have fearful thoughts, etc., but remember the Bhagavan, and generate joy and great delight. Furthermore, in my dream, a mother, sister, aunt, Brahmin, pure boy, or royal woman, Khenpo, Acharya, or Lama, etc., gives ghee, melted ghee, alcohol, milk, yogurt, or food with flavor, and I eat or drink it. If you dream of these, it is considered a lower sign. Then, when the full moon day of the middle of autumn arrives, bathe yourself properly, make offerings, do protection, etc., and at night, press the essence of the Tathagata Amitayus mantra on the ghee with a vajra in your left hand, recite until dawn, and after dawn, drink the ghee yourself. After drinking, also make offerings with the offerings, and request the Sugatas to return. After that, if the signs appear as they are, then between the sun and the moon, life will be prolonged and the vajra will be obtained.
