The tenth is praising and praying. Kota Kaksha Ka Kota Bika Kota Kata, Kati Shlaka, Kolam Shlaru, Kola Bika, Kola Varshla, Katong Kasha, Kalinga, Tapa, etc., like this, Brahma and Indra, etc., all the gods, their respective thoughts are perfectly complete. The precious teachings of the Sugata, hearing them gives rise to great joy, therefore they call out with a loud voice, "Victor, Victor, Victor." This great voice arises truly from the power of great joy. "Victor, Victor, Victor" should be understood in three meanings. One is that, towards the three, the Bhagavan Vairochana, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni, and the Bhagavan Vajrapani, due to great joy, they utter the call of Victor three times. Another is that, towards the body, speech, and mind of the Bhagavan Vajrapani himself, they call out with great joy in their hearts. Still another is that, because this precious Dharma, past beings have also been liberated from the three lower realms, present living beings are also liberated from the three lower realms, and future beings will also rely on this Dharma to be liberated from the three lower realms, therefore it should be understood that they call out three times with great joy for the Dharma. Among them, the praise here is praising the Bhagavan Vajrapani with the language of barbarians, called the secret space. Some consider it to be the language of flesh-eating demons. Some consider it to be a language with inaccurate pronunciation. Some consider it to be the language of dragons. Some consider it to be the language of Rakshasas. Among them, flesh-eating demons refer to the connection between the first and sixth words, indicating that men and women engage in sexual intercourse. The language with inaccurate pronunciation refers to the fourth word indicating desire. Dragons refer to the connection between the fifth and seventh words, indicating that thunder appears in the sky. Rakshasas refer to the connection between the fourth and ninth words, indicating that the ocean vomits. These and so on, in the places where humans live, also show countless meanings due to the differences in their respective languages. If someone says that the gods all speak Sanskrit, then why is Sanskrit not used here?

If someone asks, why does the Bhagavan Vajrapani not praise with obvious praises, but with various inferior languages, such as this barbarian language? It is because manifesting praise with vast secret meanings is to prevent gods and other beings from understanding, and that is why it is said. Then, why should these words be kept secret? This is to highlight the vast merits, and also because the meaning of these praises may become the source of wrong views. Expressing the great merits of the gods in concise language is the true praise. Therefore, if these meanings are added with phonetics, etc., here, it will become a lengthy fault. If they are not connected to each other, how should they be expressed? Here, it will be presented in the form of verses: You have the ears of an elephant. Past, present, and future, all times. The Sugata's teachings and sentient beings'. All that is heard, I prostrate and praise. You have the eyes of wisdom. Past, present, and future, all times. The Sugata and sentient beings'. All actions are seen, I prostrate and praise. You have the feet of diligence. Past, present, and future, all times. The Buddha-fields and sentient beings' fields. All can be reached, I prostrate and praise. You have the nose of discipline. Past, present, and future, all times. The Sugata and sentient beings'. All scents are smelled, I prostrate and praise. You have the tongue of wisdom. Past, present, and future, all times. The Sugata and sentient beings'. All joys and sorrows are tasted, I prostrate and praise. You have the hand of generosity. Past, present, and future, all times. The transcendent and the mundane treasures, all can be given, I prostrate and praise. You have the speech of aspiration. Past, present, and future, all times. In the Buddha-fields, sentient beings. The speech of liberation, I prostrate and praise. You have the body of skillful means. Past, present, and future, all times. In all sentient beings' fields, everywhere. Various manifestations, I prostrate and praise. You have the mind of meditation. Past, present, and future, all times. Although you go to all fields, Free from thought, one-pointed.
