Those who have not taken refuge. The nihilistic view holds that there is no Buddha, no Dharma, and no Sangha. They believe that one can only enjoy harming others in this world, and there is no possibility of rebirth or arising in the next world. Consciousness will dissipate into the sky, they think. There are three ways to deviate from the path to enlightenment. One is to ordain in the well-spoken Vinaya and later abandon the vows. One is to abandon the Bodhicitta after having taken the Bodhicitta vows. One is to break the samaya of the Great Vehicle's secret mantra. Hating the Dharma means destroying the teachings of the Tathagata. Not recognizing the nature of sin means not understanding the law of karma, and therefore killing and beating parents, etc., which is one of the five heinous crimes. Relying on Bodhicitta means killing those who have great compassion and benefit all sentient beings with the supreme mind. Being free from attachment means killing the noble Arhats. Those who commit great sins such as the five heinous crimes and the near five heinous crimes, do not take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, do not have a self-confident deity who can protect themselves, do not take refuge in mantras and mudras, do not practice the great bliss of the Dharma nature that is free from discrimination, do not generate Bodhicitta, and do not benefit sentient beings with great compassion. These sinners cannot be liberated from the painful prison of the three lower realms, as all the Tathagatas have said. Correspondingly, seeking a supreme refuge will not lead to fear. Then, the gods such as Indra opened their lotus-like eyes, pleased him with the words "Well done", and after offering with great joy, Indra strived to benefit others, and as requested, Shakyamuni Buddha declared it to be true, and then that person was liberated from the suffering of hell and was born in Tushita Heaven to benefit all beings, like a Sugata. This is said to be the complete maturation of the fruit.

That is so. Then, the gods such as Indra opened their eyes like lotuses. This is like the lotuses that dwell in lotus ponds, even when the time for their petals to bloom has arrived, they remain closed at night. When the sun's rays touch them, the lotus flowers and petals open and bloom. Similarly, when the gods such as Indra are obscured by the darkness of ignorance, there is no way to escape the three lower realms. From the closed lotus of the mind's consciousness, the rays of speech emanate from the sun-like mandala of the Tathagata's heart, touching the lotus of the mind's consciousness of the gods and others, causing their lotus of the mind's consciousness to open and bloom. Therefore, "opening their eyes like lotuses" refers to the abundance of grains, the realm of loud sounds, which is the three times. Among them, "ཨུ་(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)" means unparalleled. "པ་(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)" is called samaya utabhi, which refers to time. "མ་(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)" abandons its own nature and, combined with the two stress symbols ulutas, is a itself. "ཨ་(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)" is the sound uttered first, indicating the past. "ཡ་མ་(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)" is when one's own nature is placed beneath the feet, that is how it is. "ཨ་(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)" is again uttered first and connected to na, indicating the future, meaning it has already bloomed, as well as blooming and will bloom. "Having pleased with the name of excellence, having made offerings with extreme joy," this is to completely please the Sugata, to make true offerings with immeasurable assemblies of offerings, and to pray "Excellent!", which is a word of joy. Indra strives to benefit others, and as requested, the chief of the Shakyas spoke and made it the truth. This refers to the lord of the gods, Indra, striving to benefit the son of the gods, Immaculate Jewel, and therefore diligently practicing from suffering. It is said that a half and two-thirds of a god's time unit resides in the intermediate state, and after six days and two-thirds of a time unit, they are born into the three lower realms. Then, the gods, including Indra, heard this sacred Dharma in one time unit of the gods. Then, Indra collected the essence of the light of the son of the gods, Immaculate Jewel, and in half a solar day of the gods, in the mandala of the retinue of the Bhagavan.

Before separation, the Sugata Shakyamuni, as previously stated, performed the six ritual steps including cremation and empowerment. Then, that divine son, for four hundred years of human time, was born in the Avici hell. Then, by the blessing of the secret mantra, for one hundred years he was born in the body of a preta. For one hundred years he was born in the body of an animal. For one hundred years he was born as a person in a border region. For fifty years he was born in the body of a Brahmin in the central region, suffering from leprosy, blindness, smallpox, and plague, with pus and blood flowing from his body. Then, after death, by the true blessing of the secret mantra, he was born in the Tushita heaven as a divine son, beautiful in form, lovely, and pleasing to behold. Because he did not become an object of enjoyment for the gods, he became a Bodhisattva abiding on the irreversible ground. "In the Tushita heaven, for the benefit of all beings, he was born like a Sugata." This is related to that. Then, "The powerful gods, the famous gods dance, clouds of offerings completely, offer to the Tathagata." This is to truly express gratitude to the Tathagata. So, why do the powerful gods dance? The lord of the gods, Indra, on that day, saw all the signs previously mentioned, such as the smiling image of the divine son and the scattering of flowers, and therefore danced with joy, and offered clouds of offerings to the Tathagata. Then, why do the other gods do this? Thinking that by the true words of the Sugata, I will not fall into the lower realms, they dance with joy. Then, that divine son, "Also generated the mind for enlightenment, for the sake of offering in this life, various divine objects, and flowers, incense, unguents, umbrellas, victory banners, and so on, various beautiful ornaments, clothes, precious jewels, rain, filled the garden of joy." What is said is the desire to manifest the fruit.
