For the vast mandala, as well as the place, oneself, and the offerings, protect them by reciting "Om Vajrakrodha Mahabala Raksha Raksha Svaha (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལ་རཀྵ་རཀྵཿ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:ॐ वज्रक्रोध महाबल रक्ष रक्ष स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajrakrodha mahābala rakṣa rakṣa svāhā,汉语字面意思:Om, Vajra Wrathful, Great Power, Protect Protect, Svaha)." As it is said in the Vajra Skull Garland Tantra: "First, with mustard seed and urine, protect the place, oneself, and the yogi." Then, contemplate Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:With Merit) in the throat, and imagine it transforming into an eight-petaled lotus. Then, contemplate the syllable Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) on the tongue within the lotus, and imagine it transforming into a three-pronged vajra. In the two hands, imagine the sun and moon arising from A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) and Ma (藏文:མ,梵文天城体:म,梵文罗马拟音:ma,汉语字面意思:Ma), and again contemplate Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) on top of them, and imagine each hand transforming into a five-pronged vajra. Then, take refuge in the Three Jewels, confess sins, observe vows, rejoice in merit, dedicate merit, cultivate the four immeasurables such as loving-kindness, and cause all sentient beings to abide on the path. In one's own heart, imagine a moon disc arising from the syllable A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), and contemplate Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) on top of it, from which emanate five-colored rays of light, radiating in the directions of space. Invite the principal Tathagata and their retinue, and imagine them residing in the sky in front. Make offerings and prostrations with the five offerings, and form the first mudra, generating the unsurpassed mind of enlightenment. "Mudra, mantra, and self are in union, with hooks and other yogas." And so forth, like this, generate the wrathful mother of the east. From the vajra-embracing mudra, bend the two thumbs, and bend the two index fingers into the shape of hooks, reciting Jah (藏文:ཛཿ,梵文天城体:जः,梵文罗马拟音:jaḥ,汉语字面意思:Jah), thereby hooking the Sugatas. Similarly, generate the wrathful mothers of the south and other directions. In order, from the vajra-embracing mudra, touch the tips of the left thumb and index finger, insert the right thumb into it, and extend the index finger like a lasso, reciting Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) to draw them in. From the same mudra, in the form of iron chains, touch the tips of the four fingers, reciting Vam (藏文:བཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:Vam) to bind them firmly. Bend the two thumbs inward, and make the two index fingers square, circling three times while reciting Hoh (藏文:ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:होः,梵文罗马拟音:hoḥ,汉语字面意思:Hoh), to please them.

It is like that. Then, after the signs appear and joy arises, one directly sees without center or edge. With divine substances such as argha, and praises with beautiful melodies, offerings are made by the supreme holy ones. It is said that this is offering with the five perfect objects of desire. Here, signs should be understood as threefold: internally, the mind's consciousness becomes a special manifestation; externally, the nature of arising becomes a special manifestation; and the forms of that itself move. With these signs, the Sugata should be pleased. Seeing directly without center or edge is the mandala, seeing in that very place. Then, going there, in the manner mentioned above, first offering flowers, then cooling the feet with argha, then prostrating, then in order, in the manner of a Chakravartin king, offering incense and light, as well as food, fragrance, and clothing. "Offerings are made by the supreme holy ones," this is said to be offering without focus. Among them, the common offering without focus is to visualize a moon mandala arising from the letter A in one's heart. On top of that, visualize a wish-fulfilling jewel arising from the red Raṃ (རཾ་,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,fire), eight-faceted, blue, and blazing with light. From that arising offerings, such as horses, elephants, men, women, swords, wheels, mirrors, musical instruments, drums, cymbals, lutes, nectar, etc., offering with immeasurable offerings that are supreme offerings to gods and humans. Among them, the word "holy one" speaks of the special offering without focus, that is, here, taking the Buddha-eye from the heart of the one who purifies the lower realms, offering it to the heart of Vairochana, and increasing the offering with the taste of supreme bliss. Then, again, from the heart of Vairochana, offering the Buddha-eye to the heart of the one who purifies the lower realms. Then, in order, the Bhagavan Vairochana, with jewel crests, Shakyamuni, and greatly blooming flowers, etc., increases with offerings of supreme bliss such as white cloth, and again in order, the Buddhas.
