For the eight spokes of the north, draw the eight groups of messengers of those, namely, lion-headed, tiger-headed, owl-headed, crow-headed, eagle-headed, snake-headed, deer-headed, and pig-headed ones. The lunar mansions Mūla, Pūrvāṣāḍhā, Uttarāṣāḍhā, Dhanishta, Shatabhisha, Pūrvabhādrapadā, Uttarabhadrapada, Revati, Ashvini, Bharani, Krittika, Rohini, Mrigashirsha, Ardra, Punarvasu, Pushya, Ashlesha, Magha, Purva Phalguni, Uttara Phalguni, Hasta, Chitra, Swati, Vishakha, Anuradha, Jyeshtha, and Shravana should be marked with their respective symbols. Then, to the left of these, the great sages Vyasa, Bharadvaja (梵文:Bharadvaja,梵文罗马拟音:bharadvāja,汉语字面意思: भरद्वाज), Kapila, Prajapati, Nityajña, Shreshthasthana, Krishna, and Kashyapa should be marked with their respective symbols. In the west, draw the western continent Aparagodaniya, resembling the rising sun, round in shape, with its subcontinents, and in its center, draw Vishnu with his retinue. In the north, draw the northern continent Uttarakuru, square in shape, yellow in color, with its subcontinents, and in its center, draw Maheshvara with his retinue. Then, in the fifth section, divided into six continents, the six realms of beings should be placed. In the realm of the gods, place the king of the gods, Indra, or a vase of nectar, or a rosary of "Deva, Deva."
