Na Vajra Raja Hum Hum Hum, thus the boundary should be sealed. In all the boundaries, such as east and south, in the order as it is, one should walk with the mudras of the coquettish woman and others, with the steps of the Vajra chain, and recite one's own mantra, like this: Om Vajra Lasye Vajra Sringkhala Hum, Om Ratna Male Vajra Sringkhala Tram, Om Padma Giti Vajra Sringkhala Hrih, Om Karma Nirti Vajra Sringkhala Ah, thus reciting and sealing the boundary. Now, some may say that in the context of subduing obstacles, it is done only by wrathful deities, and the goddesses are not mentioned. But that is not the case, because one must make offerings to the five wrathful deities, and the obstacles must be tamed by the four activities, so there is no contradiction. In the Manjushri Root Tantra, it is also said: "The mudras of the five families, the form of wrathful deities, together with the four goddesses, beautiful and adorned, subdue and destroy." Therefore, it is said. Then, the land should be chosen, like this, one should generate the mind of enlightenment for the benefit of all sentient beings, and offer the three jewels with the five offerings, filling the hands with white flowers, joining the palms, and reciting these words: "All the Tathagatas of the ten directions and three times, please consider me. I wish to build a great mandala in this place, may the accomplishments and signs appear as desired." After reciting, the flowers should be scattered on the ground. Then, dig about a cubit deep there, and if white, shiny, oily, and soft soil appears from below, it is an auspicious sign of accomplishment, and the work should be done in that place. If hair, bones, a place with a door, ashes, coal, etc. appear, then that place should be abandoned. Then, the value should be assessed, filling a vase of gold or silver, etc. with milk, incense, perfume, and the five precious things, etc., offering a torma each to the earth lord and the earth goddess, and giving tormas to the guardians of the directions, reciting: "May you protect me from the obstacles to accomplishment, as you have vowed before the Tathagatas." The vase should be placed in the ground and sealed, and then covered with the same soil.
