This is what should be done. For this reason, please explain what the mandala and empowerment are like. Connect it like this. These are the first explanation of the root tantra that completely purifies all the evil destinies is completed. Then, the Blessed One Shakyamuni Buddha entered the samadhi called "Wisdom Vajra that completely purifies all evil destinies of all Tathagatas." He proclaimed this mandala called "King of Glory that completely purifies all evil destinies of all Tathagatas." Here it should be understood that the mandala and empowerment and the order or methods of their actions are explained in detail. Among them, from the heart of the Blessed One Vairochana, the Blessed One Shakyamuni Buddha was taken out, whose body is like the color of gold, adorned with silk of Durmika, without ornaments, the left hand forming the samadhi mudra, and the right hand forming the teaching mudra. He will proclaim this subsequent tantra. Those who say that the root tantra and the subsequent tantra are not contradictory. The first teacher is Vairochana, how can it be shown that Shakyamuni Buddha was taken out from his heart? Like this, in the observation below this observation, the observation of the Great Dragon Sound says: Thus the body is of three kinds, for the benefit of beings, action and vows, by the Lord of Wisdom himself, Shakyamuni Buddha is the manifestation of the heart. Because it is said like this. Among them, all Tathagatas are all the Tathagatas of the three times. All the evil destinies of those are also purified by this great secret mantra, and the non-dual wisdom vajra is obtained. Here also, because that great secret mantra is proclaimed, therefore, to enter into that samadhi, it is called the samadhi of "Wisdom Vajra that completely purifies all evil destinies of all Tathagatas." Among them, samadhi here is samadhi because it has been abiding in the state of peace since beginningless time, that is, the Dharmadhatu. Entering into samadhi means entering into samadhi, which is related to the proclamation of this great mandala. The Bodhicitta of all Buddhas, the wisdom spoken by the Buddhas.

Where. (Tibetan: ས་གང༌།) Realizing the unsurpassed. (Tibetan: བླ་ན་མེད་པ་རྟོགས་འགྱུར་བ།) That is said to be the great mandala. Thus, the Bhagavan first spoke of the nature and definitive meaning of the mandala itself. Among them, the nature is like the wish-fulfilling jewel, the Bodhicitta, which perfectly bestows the qualities of all the Buddhas of the three times. The definitive meaning is that here, "Mandala" (Tibetan: མཎྜལ་) means essence. That which is spoken by the Buddhas is the unsurpassed, non-dual wisdom. "La" (Tibetan: ལ་) means to take, therefore, because it is realized by relying on this method, it is called Mandala. The word "That" (Tibetan: དེ་) is a neuter sign, a word that shows both. The word "Great" (Tibetan: ཆེན་པོའི་) is used for many, but here it should be understood as the depth and breadth of method and wisdom, that is, the three samadhis. Therefore, the scripture to be taught is also from the Dakini Vajra Tent Tantra: "All Buddhas, protectors of, Essence is taken by this, Essence holding is Mandala, That is called Mandala." Thus it is said. After that, the Bhagavan, in order to have compassion for all sentient beings, spoke of this great outer mandala. The Bhagavan Shakyamuni, with great compassion like a single child, looked upon all sentient beings, and in order to enable all beings to obtain the rank of glorious Vajradhara, spoke of the outer mandala. Among them, the word "Outer" (Tibetan: ཕྱི་) is the realm of great sound, a word that contains many meanings such as inner, secret, and suchness. For example, in a treasure trove, the phrase "take out the golden utensils" also implies that there are also utensils of pearls, turquoise, conch shells, coral, and so on. Temples and gardens, stupas and shrines are all joyful, according to the rituals as they are, the place is blessed, and the outer mandala should be drawn in that blessed place. Thus, the perfect place of the outer mandala is declared. Among them, from the Great Manjushri Tantra and so on: Temples and gardens, stupas and bodhi
