Because of thinking what need to say more, and generating great diligence, it was spoken relying only on the son of the gods. Alas, Buddha of the Buddhas! Alas, the deeds of the Buddha are excellent! Here, it should be understood that there are three meanings. One of them is that this tantra is explained by three teachers, which is an obvious praise to the three Bhagavat. Also, here, the praise to the body of the Tathagata is that the emanation body of the Buddha does the benefit of beings is excellent. The speech of the Buddha, the Dharma that liberates sentient beings from the cause of bad destinies is said to be excellent. The mind of the Buddha, abiding in the practice of Bodhi itself is excellent. Also, here, relying on this precious continuum of the Tathagata, the beings of the past also became Buddhas, now also become Buddhas, and will become Buddhas in the future, which is the true declaration of the true Dharma. These are the beginnings, the complete purification of the cause of the true Dharma. Then, the lord of the gods, Indra, circumambulated the Bhagavan hundreds and thousands of times, prostrated and then said this: Bhagavan, for what reason, the light of the Buddha shines everywhere, completely liberating from the cause of bad destinies, and establishing on the path of liberation, Bhagavan is truly rare! Sugata is truly rare! The Blessed One, with the light of blessing, completely stimulated the mind of Indra, the lord of the gods, and from hearing the words of the Bodhisattvas completely purifying the bad destinies, and the arising of many unprecedented Bodhisattva lights, in order to ask about the Dharma of the fruit from such signs or marks, to serve and respect the true Dharma, and to respect is: circumambulating and prostrating to the Bhagavan, asking for what reason, is because the Sugatas do not smile and emit light without cause and condition, so they ask for what reason. The words are of very rare and wonderful meaning. These are the topics raised, called pure origination. The Blessed One said: King of the Gods, this is not surprising! King of the Gods, this is not surprising, because the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, have perfectly accumulated immeasurable collections of merit. Saying "This is not surprising! This is not surprising!" is because the Blessed One fully understands the thoughts of the King of the Gods, in order to accomplish his thoughts. Although the qualities of the Buddha are immeasurable, here ten aspects are mentioned: accumulating immeasurable collections of merit, which is the perfection of generosity. King of the Gods, the perfectly enlightened Buddha is the source of immeasurable precious qualities, which is the perfection of discipline. Like that, perfectly enlightened without omission, which is the perfection of means. Accumulating immeasurable wisdom, which is the perfection of wisdom. Practicing immeasurable conduct, which is the perfection of patience. Making immeasurable trainable beings into vessels, which is the perfection of meditation. Having unequal and equal wisdom, which is the perfection of wisdom. Having unequal and equal power, which is the perfection of diligence. Having unequal and equal manifestations, which is the perfection of strength. Having unequal and equal aspirations, which is the perfection of aspiration. Like that, the ten perfections are perfected, and because of having the wisdom of omniscience, it is not unreasonable. For example, it is surprising that a fox destroys a collection of four-limbed armies because it does not have the ability and strength, but it is not surprising that a lion defeats a collection of armies because it has that strength. 因为具有不可估量的功德，所以这并不奇怪，这是结束语。天神之王，因此，应当知晓，诸佛世尊如来是根据众生的根器来利益众生，根据调伏的方式来利益众生，根据意乐来利益众生。不要对此产生怀疑、犹豫和二心。如来不能调伏之处是不存在的。世尊如此宣说。天神之王的心念被佛陀所知，因此在果的意义上，生起了精勤的极大欢喜。其中，根据根器来利益众生，即是根据种姓，对声闻种姓者，以四圣谛等来利益；对独觉种姓者，以十二缘起等来利益；对大乘种姓者，以诸法皆空性等来利益；对种姓不定者，则宣说增上生和善趣等利益，并真实地利益他们。根据调伏的方式来利益众生，比如对天神所调伏者，以天神之王帝释天的形象来宣说佛法，利益有情众生。根据意乐来利益众生，比如对喜欢沐浴和洁净者，宣说依此而获得的功德、果报和利益，最终安置于佛地；对于喜欢阅读者，也宣说阅读的各种利益；对于喜欢念诵者、喜欢禅修者、喜欢火供者、喜欢大贪欲者，也分别宣说各自的利益，并依此如实地宣说解脱之方便，从而利益众生。因此，如来、阿罗汉、正等觉佛陀，因为具有种种善巧方便，所以没有不可调伏的众生，对此不要怀疑，这是断除疑惑之语。这些是回答的理由。

Because of possessing immeasurable qualities, it is not surprising, this is the concluding statement. O Lord of the Gods, therefore, it should be known that the Buddhas, the Bhagavat Tathagatas, benefit sentient beings according to their capacity, benefit sentient beings according to how they are tamed, and benefit sentient beings according to their inclinations. Do not have doubts, hesitations, or double-mindedness about this. There is no place where the Tathagatas cannot tame. Thus it was spoken. Knowing the thoughts of the Lord of the Gods, the Buddha generated great joy in striving for the sake of the fruit. Among these, benefiting sentient beings according to their capacity means according to their lineage: benefiting those of the Shravaka lineage with the Four Noble Truths and so on; benefiting those of the Pratyekabuddha lineage with the Twelve Links of Dependent Arising and so on; benefiting those of the Mahayana lineage with the emptiness of all phenomena and so on; and for those of uncertain lineage, showing the benefits of higher realms and happy migrations, and truly benefiting them. Benefiting sentient beings according to how they are tamed is like teaching the Dharma in the form of Indra, the Lord of the Gods, to those who are tamed by the gods, and benefiting sentient beings. Benefiting sentient beings according to their inclinations is like speaking of the various qualities, results, and benefits based on bathing and cleanliness for those who are inclined towards them, and completely establishing them in the state of Buddhahood; and similarly, speaking of the various benefits of reading for those who enjoy reading; and speaking of the various benefits of recitation, meditation, fire offerings, and great attachment for those who enjoy them, and based on these, truly showing the means of liberation, thus benefiting sentient beings. Therefore, the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened Buddha, because he possesses various skillful means, there is no being who cannot be tamed, so do not doubt this, this is a word that cuts off doubt. These are the reasons for the answer.
