Because it is the end of all investigations, the word of completion is spoken. Thus I have heard, it is to generate faith that the sentient beings who enter into this believe that it was spoken by the Sugata. If it is said that the teachers wrote it later, then the meaning of this text itself is completely misunderstood. Thus, in the twelve hundred thousand great yoga tantras spoken by the Bhagavan on the summit of Mount Meru, two types of investigation are used here. Among them, the first investigation is the beginning of all investigations, therefore, thus I have heard is certain. The second investigation is the end of all, therefore, the word of completion is certain. To this, some say: If that is the case, then in other yoga tantras also there is thus I have heard. If everything becomes the first, then it is a fault. But it is not so, because in some cases, it may be like the second case, and Vajrashekhara and others do not exist. Among them, thus I have heard, at one time, this is the word of the compiler, that is, the lord of secrets, Vajrapani, who became the lord of the retinue. Because he heard the moment when the Bhagavan spoke in the realm of the gods, therefore it is said at one time. Then, although the Sugata does not have a change of abode, etc., it is to generate diligence in lazy sentient beings. After the serpent body passed into nirvana, the glorious Vajrapani, the compiler of the secret mantra, spoke to the sentient beings, therefore, I have heard is called the sound of the second turning of the wheel of Dharma. Also, thus, the Bhagavan said in the Four Mothers Tantra: By the words thus I have heard, the world is deluded, the world is dull. Therefore, thus, Evamaya is a part of the common aspect, and the part that expresses one's own nature, the first is Vairochana and Buddha Eye. The second is Ratnasambhava and Mamaki. The third is Amitabha and Pandara. The fourth is Amoghasiddhi and Tara. The second bindu should be known as the Bhagavan Akshobhya, these are undoubtedly entered into the nature of skillful means and wisdom.

Thus, accomplishing the meaning of all sentient beings, it is also said in the "Praise of Names": "Not invisible, not obscure, able to manifest, unchanging, universally acting, pervading all." Thus it is proclaimed. Śruta Aka The maturing Samaya is thus proclaimed as its own nature: the first is the charming girl, the second is the singing girl, and in that order, there are the garland mother, the dance mother, the incense mother, the flower mother, the light mother, and the fragrances, etc. The Bhagavan Vairochana Buddha, in the most excellent palace in all such lands, enjoys the five desirable qualities such as form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, without being attached to the five desires. With a superior body, in order to enable all sentient beings such as gods and nagas to realize complete enlightenment, he proclaimed the tantra that purifies all the lower realms to the Bodhisattvas who abide on the earth. In the heaven of the Thirty-Three, twelve yojanas to the south of the victorious direction, there is a jewel garden called "Delighting the Minds of All Sentient Beings." It was blessed so that when the Bodhisattvas abiding on the earth listen to the Prajnaparamita of Indra, the lord of the gods, there would be no obstacles from the Asuras. There are golden tree branches, medicines, flowers, ornaments, birds, musical instruments, wish-fulfilling trees, and various places where gods and goddesses play. The Blessed One proclaimed this King of Tantras to those who possessed all retinues such as yakshas and rakshasas. Among them, the seat of the Great Brahma also has two aspects: the unsurpassed great compassion is the complete purification that has abandoned all faults and defilements, and it abides in that very state. The many retinues are immeasurable sentient beings gathered by the four types of birth, and their center is the center that is free from directional divisions. Again, in the jewel garden, the lord of the Saha world, the glorious Brahma, with his own seat, the four pillars made of beryl, the lower base made of ruby, the top made of gold, the foundation made of amber, adorned with various jewels such as pearls.
