. For subjugation, one should emit rays of light that are curved like an iron hook. For forceful actions, one should emit rays of light like a sword, a spear, an arrow, or a trident, with sharp and angular tips. Thus, by universally encircling whatever and in whatever manner, all activities of pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and forceful actions will be completely and perfectly accomplished. From subjugation, one can demonstrate subsequent affection and reverence. From pacifying, one will attain happiness free from suffering. From increasing, one will become wealthy. From fierce actions, diseases and pains will immediately ignite and blaze intensely, which is the very fruit arising from it. Thus, all rituals and yogas will become perfect. Since all activities of the four types of actions will be accomplished, yogis should perform all activities that are fully in accordance with the teachings of the Sugata. Otherwise, since it will not be accomplished, it should not be done. Then, Brahma and Indra, and all others, having become completely satisfied, prostrated to the Bhagavan and requested thus: "Bhagavan, great Vajradhara, for the benefit of all sentient beings, to completely sever all doubts, to extensively reveal all meanings, and to completely purify all evil destinies, it is excellent that you have taught this supreme subsequent king of examination! Bhagavan, great Vajradhara, excellent, excellent! Please explain the mudras that symbolize them." The gods, such as Brahma, being completely delighted by the sacred Dharma, spoke four times with pleasant words. Among them, "for the benefit of all sentient beings" means that the Tathagata, the king who completely purifies all evil destinies, completely liberates sentient beings from the mire of the three evil destinies. This arises from the yoga of the two tantras and becomes the empowerment that is a branch of the two tantras, as well as the order of activities such as fire offerings and rituals. If it is not clearly explained in the two tantras, then the Bhagavan
