When the first rays of sunlight appear, dress in all your garments and ornaments, and according to your caste and tradition, face east. Recitation and fire offerings are essential. Similarly, with pure samadhi, visualize that on the bodies of beings in the lower realms, white light emanates from Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hum，吽，seed syllable), and at the tip of the light, visualize the white syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hum，吽，seed syllable) that pacifies all sins. Pervade their bodies with the light, and like the foam on the ocean being scattered by the wind, pacify sins. Because this is the light of the Wheel Family, it is necessary to serve the Tathāgata Family. Or, contemplate Samantabhadra Great Bliss, or Great Bliss. Each morning as the sun rises, act as before. It will pacify the sinful minds of the Vajra Family beings. Thus it is said. Oneself also, according to the order mentioned above, generate the Blessed Samantabhadra, or the Blessed Vajrapani. Completely accomplish the yoga sequence that is in accordance with caste and tradition. Visualize the syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hum，吽，seed syllable) that pacifies all sins on the string of pearl-like lights in your heart. Cover the bodies of the Vajra Family beings completely. Perform all actions such as fire offerings. Golden, beautiful, and blazing light, visualize as a jewel. At noon, food and enjoyment will increase, and auspicious activities will flourish. Dig holes like jewels, and perform recitation and fire offerings. Or, like the previous mantra practitioners, purify the body thoroughly with light. Thus it is said, this is the yoga of increase. First, oneself, according to the order mentioned above, visualize the Blessed Ratnasambhava, with a yellow body. At noon, facing north, perform fire offerings and so on. Or, visualize light like rays emanating from your heart, very radiant. At its tip, visualize the yellow syllable Trāṃ (ཏྲཱཾ，tram，创，seed syllable) that increases all life and merit. Cover the beings of the Jewel Family. In this way, all life and merit will increase like the waxing moon. Dig holes according to the ritual.

于，如莲花一般，我亦转化为莲花持者。于衰老与日暮之时，念诵与火供，或以光芒环绕其身，无余皆受其掌控。此为所说之掌控瑜伽次第。首先，如前所述之次第，观想自身为无量光佛，自心间放射出如红莲花宝般的红色光芒，其顶端观想红色“啥”（ཧྲཱིཿ，hrīḥ，种子字），能掌控一切欲望。覆盖莲花部众生之身，则一切众生皆受其掌控，如暴君之眷属般聚集。精通仪轨之咒师，如刀尖般挖掘孔洞，于星宿圆满之时，我转化为金刚忿怒尊，行念诵瑜伽，或以光芒覆盖之，则一切损恼皆被摧毁。此为所说之猛厉事业次第。首先，如前所述之次第，自身观想为三界胜者忿怒尊之身，自心间放射出极其可怖之黑色光芒，其顶端观想黑色“啪特”（ཕཊ，phaṭ，种子字），能摧毁一切不悦意。覆盖业之部众生之身，则一切损恼之众皆如被锤击粉碎般消灭。所说之大手印，由引导者普贤菩萨，行寂静事业。金刚宝增长，灌顶亦如是。顶髻之尊胜亦如是，享用财富，权势，荣耀。金刚日之光辉，颜色美丽，极其炽燃。以欢笑与奇妙之美，变得喜悦满足。以莲花之美妙诸法，一切圆满之佛陀，皆得欢喜，何况天神仆从？ 其他之损恼大军，以锐利之物斩断。驱逐邪魔、饿鬼、鬼怪，以及夜叉、罗刹之侍从，以及八大凶星，以轮宝从根拔除。舌头上念诵“藏”（ཛཾ，jaṃ，种子字）

Then, like a lotus, I also transform into the lotus holder. At the end of aging and sunset, recitation and fire offerings, or if the body is surrounded by light, all will be under control. This is the stated sequence of the yoga of control. First, as mentioned above, visualize oneself as Amitabha Buddha, and from one's heart, radiate red light like a red lotus jewel, at the tip of which visualize the red "Hrih" (ཧྲཱིཿ, hrīḥ, seed syllable), which can control all desires. Covering the bodies of sentient beings of the lotus family, all sentient beings will be under control, gathering like the retinue of a tyrant. The mantra practitioner who knows the ritual, digs holes like the tip of a knife, and when the stars are full, I transform into Vajra Krodha, practice recitation yoga, or cover it with light, then all harm will be destroyed. This is the stated sequence of fierce actions. First, as mentioned above, visualize oneself as the body of the Krodha, the victor of the three realms, and from one's heart, radiate extremely terrifying black light, at the tip of which visualize the black "Phat" (ཕཊ, phaṭ, seed syllable), which can destroy all unpleasantness. Covering the bodies of sentient beings of the karma family, then all the hosts of harm will be destroyed as if shattered by a hammer. The Mahamudra that is spoken of, by the guide Samantabhadra, performs peaceful actions. Vajra Ratna increases, so is empowerment. The crown's victory is also like that, enjoying wealth, power, and glory. The brilliance of Vajra Sun, the color is beautiful, extremely blazing. With laughter and wonderful beauty, it becomes joyful and satisfied. With the wonderful dharmas of the lotus, all perfect Buddhas are pleased, what need to mention gods and servants? The great armies of other harms are cut off with sharp objects. Expel demons, pretas, ghosts, and the attendants of yakshas and rakshasas, and the eight great inauspicious stars, uproot them from the root with the wheel.
