Tranquility is done with rilu etc. of glass or silver. For increasing, it is done with rilu etc. of gold or saffron. For power, it is done with rilu etc. of red sandalwood fruit or lotus seeds. For fierce deeds, it is done with a black rosary of human bones, or a rosary of karanja, or rilu etc. of poison. The division of time will be shown below. Here, in other tantras, it is said that the first morning is auspicious for pacifying. The second hour of eating and enjoying is auspicious for increasing. The third hour to sunset is auspicious for power. It is said that the time from dusk to midnight is auspicious for fierce deeds. Therefore, in this way, all the limbs are completely harmonious and complete, and the work will be accomplished. Otherwise, one's own vows will be broken and one's own life will be lost. For example, if a sick person is given medicine to heal the disease, the disease will be cured when the dose, temperature and variety of the medicine are complete. If the varieties are not complete with each other, and the dose is too large or too small, it will lead to the death of the patient or the recurrence of the disease. Therefore, yogis should complete the practice of secret mantras as the Sugata said, and all actions will be accomplished. Up to this point, the fire offering of the four actions of the limbs of the great mandalas has been explained. Now, the sons of the gods, such as Brahma, are satisfied and vow with great joy in front of the Bhagavan Vajrapani to make offerings and respect to the holy Dharma and those who practice it. Then, the gods, such as Brahma, were satisfied and prostrated to the Bhagavan and said: Bhagavan, for the benefit of sentient beings born in the lower realms, for the benefit of all sentient beings, and for the sake of happiness, ask this great king of divination, and cause others to ask, and explain, and widely proclaim to others, and practice this yoga, and recite and listen to this great mantra, and make offerings, and those who pay homage, those sons and daughters of good families, we Brahma, etc.

And like a son, I shall fully nurture the retinues, including the gods. Whoever, be it a king, a prince, or a minister of the king, follows the teachings as spoken, their kingdom will flourish. I shall protect the region, one's own people, all people, and servants, etc. Wealth and grains shall abundantly arrive. I shall be endowed with men, women, boys, and girls. If I bring about increased wealth, good harvests, and peace, then what need is there to mention those who are manifestly engaged in the practice as described? This king who is examined, with faith, having attached him to the top of the victory banner, and having installed him in towns and cities, and having personally welcomed him, and having placed him on the back of an elephant, and having circumambulated all the towns and cities, all diseases and harms will cease to exist. We shall abide in the presence of that great being as servants or as children. Wherever this king who is examined conducts himself excellently, know that he is the Bhagavan Vajrapani himself, abiding in the Sambhogakaya or the Vajrasattva body. The Bhagavan Vajrasattva Samantabhadra, the one who fulfills all hopes, know that he is abiding in the form of the king who is examined. May all the Tathagatas and their retinues abide here. May this place be a stupa. I shall make offerings and prostrate. I shall protect everywhere. We, the gods such as Brahma, shall serve this king who is examined, the great ascetic Vajra Acharya who extensively expounds to all. I shall abide as a servant. I shall abide as one who listens to commands. I shall listen to all instructions. I shall accomplish all benefits and happiness. I shall also bestow all siddhis. Bhagavan, in short, I shall take the dust of his feet upon my head. I shall prostrate to the Bhagavan. I shall make offerings to the Bhagavan. We shall follow after him. Having entered the mandala of the Bhagavan, all those empowerments

We regard you as our leader. We salute Bhagavan Vajrapani. We salute Vajrasattva. We salute Mahasukha Samantabhadra. We salute all the Tathagatas. Striving in this way is to serve the sacred Dharma, and to vow to completely offer as offerings. Know that these are not arbitrary, but must be done as stated. Therefore, we should let Bhagavan Vajrapani abide in the Sambhogakaya or the body of Vajrasattva. We regard Bhagavan Samantabhadra, who completely fulfills all the wishes of Vajrasattva, as the image of the King of Truth. This indicates the desire to obtain a complete result from the cause, therefore making offerings. Therefore, Bhagavan Vajrapani is the Sambhogakaya. Vajrasattva is called the Vajrasattva who benefits beings, which is the Nirmanakaya. Samantabhadra is the Dharmakaya of Vajrasattva. Therefore, in order for the King of Truth to accomplish the three bodies, we visualize the nature of the three bodies of Brahma and others, and then make offerings. Know that this is a request. And the meaning of "all the Tathagatas" and "regarded as stupas" is that because the King of Truth himself abides in all the Tathagatas of the past, present, and future and their retinues, we regard all the Tathagatas as abiding here. A stupa is a stupa with the relics of the Tathagata, and the King of Truth himself is the relic of the Tathagata, therefore, the place where this King of Truth is located is the stupa with relics. The above-mentioned "We salute Bhagavan Vajrapani" etc. should also be understood as the nature of the three bodies. The rest will be done accordingly, and because it is easy to understand, it is not explained. Then, Bhagavan Vajrapani said to the gods such as Brahma: Brahma and others, Dharma
