As the Thus Gone One said. Otherwise, disrespecting them would become disrespecting the Thus Gone One. From "Wise ones, the Three Jewels, etc." to "For the sake of the mantra practitioner's accomplishment, one should attend to other women," the four vows to be practiced are spoken. Regarding this, its meaning should be understood in two ways: outwardly, it is not literal, and inwardly, it is not literal. Among these, outwardly, what is spoken not literally is: "Wise ones, the Three Jewels, etc., and those who harm the Buddha's teachings, etc." It means that if someone harbors hatred towards the unsurpassed Three Jewels such as kings or heretics, strives to completely destroy the teachings of the Sugata, reviles with hatred those who have become the guru of their own Great Vehicle, and threatens their lives, these people, because they have accumulated great sins in this world, will fall into the great hell of unbearable suffering. Therefore, the supreme yogi, endowed with great compassion, in order to immediately liberate them from suffering and shorten the duration of suffering, and in order to easily lead the retinues of the Sugata and the gurus, etc., to accomplish enlightenment, should abandon hatred and generate great compassion, and kill them with power and strength, etc. This is because the yogi who possesses the special qualities of samadhi will not even allow them to ripen into life, but will be able to cause them to be born in the realm of great bliss.

Some robe-wearers kill humans and livestock, and then eat meat, etc. This is because of relying on non-virtuous friends, and the nature of wrong views. If you want them to be liberated forever, then, if eating the flesh of beings with seven rebirths and a pattern like an utpala flower on their forehead can liberate them, because that is a special great substance of accomplishment, how can eating it once not liberate them? For such unbelieving behavior, it is not sacred Dharma, and because of engaging in all evil deeds, they are called non-Dharmic and sinful actors. For these people, as mentioned above, they should be killed with great compassion. Those who always strive to harm sentient beings are those, as well as fishermen, butchers, bird hunters, hunters, etc. When they do very terrible evil deeds, they should be killed with compassion. Breaking vows here are two situations: the guru is inseparable from Vajradhara, and Second, those sentient beings who, after breaking their vows, want to kill the guru again, should be killed with compassion in order to destroy the cause of evil. Also, some yogis break the vows of secret mantra, and now because I have lost my root, my limbs will not grow again, so I want to do my evil deeds as I please, so there are army leaders, executioners, and close relatives, etc., engaging in countless evils. For those people, they should be equally established with special samadhi, and if they know that killing this life now will not become a cause of evil, and know that it is the path to liberation, they should be killed with great compassion. This belongs to the category of Bodhicitta training. Taking away the extremely hidden wealth of those who have wealth and are stingy, and giving it to poor sentient beings. There are three situations here. One of them is that some people have countless kinds of wealth such as jewels, but because they are very stingy, they do not make offerings to the supreme Three Jewels.

Now, not performing acts such as giving to sentient beings will become very chaotic. Their wealth is taken through the power of mantras and medicine, as well as might, etc., not for one's own desires, but to generate compassion for other sentient beings, and to give to others with compassion for that person. That is to say, in any place, the bodhisattva's training in whom two kinds of compassion arise is its very nature. One is that kings and others who have power and might, even though they themselves possess countless forms of wealth, due to attachment, seize, hoard, and punish the wealth of other sentient beings. As for the wealth of those who do not possess the mind of giving, I take it through seizing, stealing, etc., and then give it to others with a mind free from attachment. From "Offering to the lama" to "Seizing the wealth of the rich" is said in this way: Even if I am formed from the cause of miserliness and do not possess resources, in order to make offerings to the supreme lama, accomplish the activities of yoga, construct the offering resources for a large mandala, please the vajra brothers and sisters, and accumulate the accumulation of merit through the excellence of offerings to the unsurpassed noble Three Jewels, etc., for those kings or wealthy people who are not busy with wealth and resources, I seize their wealth and enjoy it. Moreover, as long as it does not contradict the minds of those sentient beings, it is accomplished continuously, except for those situations that contradict their minds. It is said: "For the benefit of sentient beings, always for the wealth of the lamas, and for the sake of protecting the lives of living beings, one may also lie." Here there are three situations. Among them, if someone is beating, seizing wealth, capturing, or inflicting punishments, etc., on certain sentient beings, and those sentient beings are fleeing and hiding in other places out of great fear, if someone asks them, then the yogi, that is, the one who possesses great compassion for all sentient beings, says that they have not seen, there is not, it is not, and so on.
