One should draw the King of Lapis Lazuli Light, and the second consort, holding an arura fruit and a vase of nectar on a lotus. Likewise, on top of the Thus-Gone-One's palace, which is colored reddish-yellow, one should write the root mantras and surround it with a string of jewels. On the eastern spoke of the wheel, one should draw the Bhagavan Vajrapani on a lotus, his body white, with an extremely peaceful demeanor, adorned with all ornaments, holding a vajra in his right hand, and his left hand giving the supreme gift. On the southern spoke of the wheel, one should draw the Noble Akashagarbha, his body blue, with a smiling face, adorned with all ornaments, holding a sword in his right hand, his left hand giving the supreme gift, seated on a lotus. On the western spoke, one should draw the Noble Avalokiteshvara, his body red, adorned with all ornaments, with a smiling face, his right hand giving the supreme gift, from which nectar drips, and his left hand holding a red lotus with a stem. On the northern spoke, one should draw the Wrathful One, Conqueror of the Three Realms, according to the ritual described above. On the four corners outside the wheel, one should draw the alluring goddesses, etc., marked with their respective colors and characteristics. At the four doors, one should place the four gatekeepers, such as Vajra Hook. Five or eight vases should be consecrated with the mantra of the Wheel-Turning King and placed. All offerings, such as incense, should be consecrated with the mantra of the Wrathful One of All Actions and placed. As it is said, this is the method of accumulating offerings. First, one should place a white vase that has been practiced, adorned with all ornaments, and filled with medicine and incense, etc., in front of oneself. At its end, one should draw five white vases with sixteen lotus petals and light. In its center, one should draw the mudras of each deity, and then on the lotus petals, one should write the sixteen letters, such as བྷྲཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: भ्रूं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable) and ཛྷི་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: झी, Romanized Sanskrit: jhī, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable), in a circular manner. In the light outside of it, one should write the universally arising, which is mentioned in the Vajra section.

Secret mantras should be written according to one's own wisdom. Furthermore, here, accumulating the gathering of offerings means filling those vases with fragrance, milk, the amount of medicine available, and completing them with rice porridge and essence, etc. The necks should be tied with white cloths, and the mouths should be well decorated with fruits such as lotuses, and with flowers and leaves. Flowers, incense, fragrances, food, light, drinks, and edibles should be praised with one hundred and eight perfect praises, as fully explained in other tantras. Even in very difficult places such as remote areas, it should not be less than five or ten, and it should not be done only with these. For incense and other items, they should be blessed with the mantra of the Wrathful Nectar Swirl and then placed. For the vases, they should be praised with the one hundred and eight fundamental families mentioned above and then placed. Then, the mantra practitioner himself enters, invites the Sugata together with his sons and vidyā, and receives empowerment himself. Then, sitting in the vajra posture, he should sit in meditation and recite a hundred or a thousand times. Then, when he directly sees the Tathagata, or Vajradhara, or the noble Avalokiteśvara, etc., he will obtain the supreme accomplishments he desires. If he does not abide in meditation, then at that time the work of his mind will become capable and powerful. This is said to be the practice of nearness. First, one should bathe oneself well with fragrance, milk, and the five products of the cow, etc., anoint the body with camphor, etc., wear clean white clothes, and adorn oneself well with headdresses, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and rings. Having generated bodhicitta for the benefit of all sentient beings, one should emanate rays of light from one's own seed syllable, invite the Sugata together with his sons and vidyā, cool their feet with argha, etc., and perform the actions of hooking, drawing in, binding, and delighting with mudras such as iron hooks. Having made them non-dual, one should offer them with the gathering of offerings, and the hand of Vajradhara mentioned above.
