Thus it is said. Among them, in the stage of approaching, because the first and second mantras are combined and recited, it is called the essence and the near essence. In the stage of near accomplishment, because the second and third are combined and recited, it is called the near essence. In the stage of accomplishment, because the third and fourth are combined and recited, it is called the essence of true exhortation. In the stage of great accomplishment, because the fourth and fifth are combined and recited, it is called the supreme essence. Then, in the stage of truly obtaining accomplishment, because six mantras are recited, it is called the secret essence. In the ritual of the vase, the center is surrounded by Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) in the center of light and lotus. The vase in the east is surrounded by Sanskrit Romanization: traṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable). The vase in the south is surrounded by Sanskrit Romanization: traṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable). The vase in the west is surrounded by Sanskrit Romanization: dhraṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable). The vase in the north is surrounded by Sanskrit Romanization: kruṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable). Furthermore, the container of butter should be blessed with Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable), medicines such as pearls and jewels should be blessed with Sanskrit Romanization: traṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable), medicines such as gold should be blessed with Sanskrit Romanization: traṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable), medicines such as coral should be mixed with Sanskrit Romanization: hraṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable), and medicines such as stone marrow should be known to be blessed with Sanskrit Romanization: kruṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable). In the state of meditative yoga, the essence of Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) is because it is generated in the heart, the essence of Sanskrit Romanization: traṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) is because it is generated in the throat, the essence of Sanskrit Romanization: traṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) is because it is generated in the navel, the essence of Sanskrit Romanization: hraṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) is because it is generated in the secret place, and the essence of Sanskrit Romanization: kruṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) is because it should be generated in the soles of the feet, therefore the near essence and so on are taught in order. Among them, the first is the Blessed One

Then the mandala of these is explained, made into a four-spoked wheel, and in its center is written the name of the Tathagata King of Immeasurable Glory of the Accumulation of Life, Merit, and Wisdom, whose essence is bhrūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable). In front of it is the Bhagavan Vajrapani, whose essence is traṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit: traṃ, literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable). On the left is the Wrathful One, whose essence is kruṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit: kruṃ, literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable). On the right is Akashagarbha, whose essence is traṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit: traṃ, literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable). Behind is the Noble Avalokiteshvara, whose essence is hraṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit: hraṃ, literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable). Now, on the mandala of the Tathagata's light, the vidya mantras are to be written. On the doors, the gatekeepers such as the iron hook are to be drawn, each with their own essence. These are the complete mandalas that have been spoken of. For this, first, in pleasant places, perform the blessing of the ground, etc., and then carefully draw the lines. The central wheel is white, with four spokes, and has a hub and a rim, one is to be drawn. In the four spaces between them, four white nectar vases with jeweled decorations are to be drawn. The edge of the wheel is to be surrounded by a garland of lotuses, and outside of that, white rays of light radiating in the ten directions are to be drawn. Outside of that, the doors and horse ramps, etc., are to be well decorated with various ornaments, making them beautiful and pleasing. Outside of that, it is to be surrounded by three strings of vajras, etc. Outside of that, yogurt and other eight auspicious substances, along with the wish-fulfilling tree, are to be drawn. Furthermore, ponds, flowing water, fish, turtles, white frogs, lotus groves, উৎপala groves, medicinal fruits, etc., are to be drawn. In the center of that, on a sixteen-petaled lotus, draw the Bhagavan Immeasurable Life, Merit, and Wisdom, with a white body, having the appearance of a Tathagata, possessing the thirty-two major marks of a great being, perfectly adorned with the eighty minor marks, the right hand in the gesture of fearlessness and giving, and the left hand in the gesture of supreme giving.
