and place fine meats such as goat, sheep, and birds, as well as yogurt, butter, milk, sugar, and honey, and various other offering implements. In addition, garlands of flowers and scented water should also be completely placed. For the purpose of offering to the Bhagavan, one should abide closely with the five offering implements. One vase of complete victory, which has been previously propitiated, white in color, filled with fragrance, medicine, milk, etc., and adorned with ornaments, should be placed in front of oneself. Similarly, it should also be adorned with umbrellas, victory banners, and flags, and a vast offering assembly should be arranged. Then, having entered, the deities should be summoned by the wise with hooks. Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ (藏文，梵文天城体：ज हुं वं हो，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ ho，汉语字面意思：生 吽 榜 霍) All the deities, enter into the sacred mandala. Then, having seen their arrival, one should make offerings with great joy. This is what is said, the activity to be done is explained. First, one should properly perform bathing and so forth, wear clean white clothes, and adorn oneself with ornaments. Having made the vajra-holder mudra as mentioned above, and having placed a garland of flowers, one should enter and, by emitting rays of light from the seed-syllable in one's heart, invite the Bhagavan, the complete victor of the three realms. Having summoned them with the yoga of hooks and so forth, having made them non-dual, one should request them to be seated and make offerings with foot-washing and so forth. Similarly, having invited the deities such as the Great Powerful One and having made them non-dual, having made offerings with foot-washing and so forth, one should properly offer to the Sugata, the complete victor, with the five offering implements. To the deities and so forth, one should completely offer meat, yogurt, and all worldly implements and resources. Then, having received permission as appropriate from the Bhagavan's empowerment, one should properly receive permission and empower the disciple. So, with what kind of empowerment should one empower? Then, the disciple should be made to enter with the vajra-holder's mudra. Those who desire to possess power, strength, and abilities, such as those of noble lineage, should be made to hold flowers and other offerings, and their eyes should be covered with a white cloth. They should be guided by reciting "Om Catur Mahāheśvare Samaye Hūṃ" (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཙ་ཏུར་མ་ཧེ་ཤྭ་རེ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ catur mahāheśvare samaye hūṃ，Literal meaning: Om, Four-faced Great Lord, Commitment, Hūṃ). Then, the disciple should form the Vajradhara mudra and throw the flower, reciting "Om Pratīccha Svaṃ Mahāsattva Vajradhara Ājñāpayati Haha Ho" (藏文：ཨོཾ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་སྟྭཾ་མ་ཧཱ་སཏྭ་བཛྲ་དྷ་ར་ཨཱ་ཛྙཱ་པ་ཡ་ཏི་ཧ་ཧ་ཧོ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ pratīccha svaṃ mahāsattva vajradhara ājñāpayati haha ho，Literal meaning: Om, Accept, Great Being, Vajradhara, Commands, Haha, Ho) to throw it. Then, open the eyes by reciting "Om Vajra Caśu Pāśya Ho" (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཙ་ཀྵུ་པཱ་ཤྱ་ཧོ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra caśu pāśya ho，Literal meaning: Om, Vajra Eye, See, Ho), and stabilize it by reciting "Om Maheśvari Tiṣṭha Vajra Hūṃ" (藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཧེ་ཤྭ་རི་ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ་ཧཱུཾ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maheśvari tiṣṭha vajra hūṃ，Literal meaning: Om, Great Goddess, Stand, Vajra, Hūṃ). Then, dispel obstacles by taking water from the vase of the Victorious One. The four vases of the four Great Lords should be endowed with their respective yogas and mudras, and the empowerment should be given in the proper order by reciting "Om Rudra Kalaśa Devā Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ" (藏文：ཨོཾ་རུ་དྲ་ཀ་ལ་ཤ་དེ་བཱ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུཾ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ rudra kalaśa devā abhiṣiñca hūṃ，Literal meaning: Om, Rudra Vase, God, Anoint, Hūṃ), "Om Indra Kalaśa Devā Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ" (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨིནྡྲ་ཀ་ལ་ཤ་དེ་བཱ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ indra kalaśa devā abhiṣiñca hūṃ，Literal meaning: Om, Indra Vase, God, Anoint, Hūṃ), "Om Brahma Kalaśa Devā Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ" (藏文：ཨོཾ་བྲཧྨ་ཀ་ལ་ཤ་དེ་བཱ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ brahma kalaśa devā abhiṣiñca hūṃ，Literal meaning: Om, Brahma Vase, God, Anoint, Hūṃ), and "Om Viṣṇu Kalaśa Devā Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ" (藏文：ཨོཾ་བིཥྞུ་ཀ་ལ་ཤ་དེ་བཱ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུཾ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ viṣṇu kalaśa devā abhiṣiñca hūṃ，Literal meaning: Om, Vishnu Vase, God, Anoint, Hūṃ). Then, empower and stabilize them with the samaya substances of the trident, vajra, pills, and wheel, and then empower them with the mudra of the Bhagavan Vajrapani to abide by the samaya. After that, empower them with the eight auspicious symbols and the seven precious jewels, such as the wheel, and make it complete, and then entrust the essence of the deities completely. Then, whatever the deities like, always grant that siddhi. After first doing a hundred thousand or two hundred thousand recitations, worship the deities such as the Lord with great desire. In a place such as a forest, or the palace of Vajrapani, or the place of the Tathagata, or in a stupa with relics, if all the deities are practiced according to the ritual, and if one practices constantly, then at midnight the deities will come and give you whatever you desire. Say "Good, quickly," and so on, because they will give you the best. Then, for the sake of knowing the mantra and obtaining siddhis, make the supreme request to the deity. Request the divine substances, such as semen, delicious drinks, invisibility, dakinis, rilbu substances, victory, and so on, and whatever you desire without limit.
