All the planets should be accomplished. This means that after that, one should accomplish one's own desired accomplishments, such as pacifying, increasing, subduing, and subjugating. In this regard, Jupiter can increase. Similarly, the sun and hands can also pacify. Mars, Saturn, and Rahu accomplish subjugation. The moon can enchant. Saturn can accomplish subjugation, so I must accomplish it as it is. Then, those great planets bowed to the Blessed One and prayed, saying: Blessed One, we eight great planets will always protect, save, and hide that great king, the king's son, the king's wife, and servants, etc., at all times. Then, the constellations and the deities of the mandala of moments, instants, moments, times, months, combinations, palaces, fortunes, and Yogadas also bowed in the same way and prayed, saying: Blessed One, we will also not violate the mind of that great sentient being at all times, but will protect him like a master. In villages, cities, regions, kings, the king's palace retinue, and all places of the king's palace, we will protect each separately. Even in times of great terror, if that person makes offerings to us, he will not be devoured by demons, and no terror will occur. Blessed One, if we break our vows, may the Blessed One shatter our hearts with a vajra. And so on, making offerings and reverence to the sacred Dharma.

Constellations, moments, instants, short periods, hours, lunar phases, combinations, houses, fortunes, and comings and goings, etc., where constellations are stars. A moment is the measure contained in a segol (a musical instrument), the deity resides in it. An instant is a little longer than that, the deity resides in it. A short period is clocks, etc., the worldly deity resides in it. An hour is the period of day and night, the deity resides in it. Lunar phases are the waxing and waning moons, etc., of one's own birth month, the deity resides in it. A combination is the combination of substances, years, and times, etc. A house is Libra and Virgo, etc., the deity resides in it. Fortune is the fortune of those. Comings and goings are when wandering in places, pastures, and mountains, etc., the dakinis, etc., wander, all of those are also deities that produce results such as bad, good, increase, and disease after calculating their own birth time, etc., those are the ones who have power in the mundane world depending on dependent origination. Those also protect, etc., at all times, and those will become without faults, etc. Bhagavan, if we violate our vows, please Bhagavan shatter our hearts with a vajra, this is asking the Bhagavan to be a fair witness and taking an oath, therefore it should be regarded as something that must be carried out. Then, the eight great nagas pleased the Bhagavan with the sound called "offering", prostrated, and reported thus: Bhagavan, we wish to offer our respective secret essences, please Bhagavan bless us.
