The ten perfections are fully utilized, and the complete causes are also utilized one by one. Therefore, "Ko" means "Tama." "Ta," etc., indicate the respective perfections and the stages of the ground. "Iti" indicates "Sadjata." Some say that these words are similar to those spoken by glorious Hevajra, and the Bhagavan shows that he has attained mastery over the winds of boats, etc. Even in the Hevajra Tantra itself, there is no harm in quoting in this way. Here, it is not a stage of wind at all; it is nonsense to speak of unrelated things. Mixing with the Sutras, it shows more reliance on the oral instructions of the Guru, and there it is also permissible for the form of wind to arise, so it is sufficient to understand it in this way. From "called" to "etc." is easy to understand. "Practice well" means "listen well, listen respectfully." "All immeasurable life pervades" refers to the methods mainly based on secret mantras. The cause of such arising is non-conceptual, the samadhi that is indestructible like a vajra. After abiding in this, it is manifested, and from one's own heart, a garland of letters is taken out, and the letters called "the essence of all Tathagatas, the difference of names, immeasurable increase of life, merit, and wisdom" are taken out, and by taking it out, all the evil destinies are completely pacified, etc. Then, the secret mantras such as Om Punya (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་པུ་ཎྱེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: om punya, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, merit), etc., are used in sequence with the Lord, Amitayus, Akshobhya, Ratnaketu, Amoghasiddhi, etc. The so-called "Twelve Deeds of the Buddha" are that although the deeds of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, are immeasurable, in this Jambudvipa, the great deeds of becoming enlightened by the mature emanation body are twelve. As the noble Sutra of Entering the Seal of Generating Faith Power says: "At one time, in all the realms of the ten directions, dwelling in the excellent place of Tushita, descending, being born, renouncing, difficult

Concerning the union of conduct, going to the heart of the Bodhi tree, vanquishing the demons, completely and perfectly awakening, thoroughly turning the wheel of Dharma, completely entering into Nirvana, the Dharma abiding, and being skilled in showing the Dharma's disappearance, and so forth. These are also the places where the ten powers are separately established. It should be known that such are the most excellent. Therefore, here, the meaning of the words refers to the deeds enumerated by twelve, which are called the Twelve Deeds, which is a shortened way of saying "twelve." The remaining parts are easy to understand. "The wonderful and rare things appear in the world" refers to showing that the great gods fully possess the eighteen great transformations. Starting from "then," etc., it shows the mandala, which is easy to understand. "Anger" refers to the inside. "Write as being controlled by the power of anger" means: the outside should be drawn as extremely ugly and fierce. Or, the power of anger subdues the untamable, drawing them with their palms joined in fear. Just as it is said: "The gods of the thirty days fall, and the goblins join their palms in fear." Starting from "then," etc., it shows the practice of the mandala, etc. The Lord of Death himself is untamable, so he is like an emanation. Those who are frightened by him are those who are afraid of death. Destroying the Lord of Death, that is, Yama and others, temporarily destroying untimely death and death arising from maturation, in order to destroy them through the special power of the vidyadhara, so they should be introduced. Therefore, in this mandala, disciples who seek longevity should be introduced. How to introduce them? Therefore, with the mantra "Om Vajra Samaya Hum" (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra samaya hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡,金刚,誓言,吽), the mudra of the Wrathful Vajra Tirintiri (藏文:ཁྲོ་བོ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཏི་རཱི་ནྟི་རི་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:krodha vajra tīrīntiri,汉语字面意思:愤怒金刚提日尼提日), the vajra-bound mudra, with the thumbs pressing against each other, this itself is the mudra, in the manner of being called a deity, Vajra Tirintiri, that is, binding it. The rest is easy to understand. This is the explanation of the second mandala. Now, starting from "from then on," etc., it shows the mandala of the Four Great Kings. As it is said in the *Arya Subahu Pariprccha Sutra*: "One should not prostrate to the world protectors, Brahma, Indra, Vishnu, and fierce gods such as wind, etc."
