印度语:Ārya sarva durgati pariśodhana tejorāja nāma kalpa rājasya ṭīkā。

The Great Commentary on the King of Meticulous Rituals Called "Glorious King Who Completely Purifies All Bad Destinies, the Noble One". Kāmadehanupa. The Great Commentary on the King of Meticulous Rituals Called "Glorious King Who Completely Purifies All Bad Destinies, the Noble One". Kāmadehanupa. In Indian language: Ārya sarva durgati pariśodhana tejorāja nāma kalpa rājasya ṭīkā. In Tibetan: The Great Commentary on the King of Meticulous Rituals Called "Glorious King Who Completely Purifies All Bad Destinies, the Noble One". Homage to the Three Jewels! Homage to Glorious Vajrasattva! Homage to Glorious Goddess Kurukullā! Who with immeasurable compassion, who with immeasurable wisdom and power, protects all impoverished beings, to that inconceivable great powerful one I pay homage. Who exhausts all bad destinies of beings, who bestows the bliss of the heavenly realms, to the one born in this Vajra family, I also pay homage with great joy. The glorious great tantra, which has become a treasure trove of many rituals, this one called "Completely Purifying All Bad Destinies," I will diligently explain. This great tantra is like a vast ocean, with my kind of intellect, it is extremely difficult to fathom its depth, and there are many hosts of deluded enemies, but for the sake of bringing joy to those who have faith and are humble, I enter the ocean of scriptures, may those who possess compassion protect me. Nowadays, beings have weak wisdom and possess manifest arrogance. I have seen that these people have corrupted this precious tantra. Therefore, to cut off wrong speech and bring joy to the wise, those who are intelligent and measure with scripture and reason, listen respectfully. Among them, the perfectly complete Buddhas, appear in the world once in a hundred kalpas, like the flower of the Udumbara tree. As it is said in the tantra of "Manifest Enlightenment of Vairocana": The omniscient ones in the world, are like the flower of the Udumbara tree, once in a hundred kalpas, they may appear or not appear. So it is. Similarly, in the Pratimoksha Sutra of the Sarvastivada school, it is also said: The sound called Buddha, is also extremely rare in the world. So it is said.

There are four periods that occur in a hundred paths: the period of completion, the period of duality, the period of trinity, and the period of strife. For this, our lama, the perfectly complete Buddha Shakyamuni, through the power of aspiration motivated by great compassion, appears like a lotus in the mud during the period of strife, which is endowed with the five degenerations. As it is said in the Lankavatara Sutra: "When I and others act, Shakya Simha is in the time of strife." This period of strife is situated in the degeneration of the gods, and therefore it is exploited by sixty-two different views. Therefore, beings to be tamed are tamed by various vehicles. Unlike sentient beings of the time of completion and so on, they cannot be tamed by one vehicle, like a good horse and a bad horse. Therefore, the perfectly complete Buddha has spoken many treatises that guide the path of the sutras and tantras, and has also widely spoken treatises that explain the essence of the worldly path. However, for the sake of those who cannot be tamed by these, such as the son of the gods, Immaculate Jewel, etc., the great king of tantras called "The Noble One Who Completely Purifies All the Lower Realms" was spoken in the Joyful Grove in the place of the Thirty-Three. This tantra spoken there is listened to through the order of the three faculties and so on. Thus, from the actions of previous lives, the faculties are also different. Like the Nigantha and the blind-born, they understand by mentioning the beginning; like the noble Ajnata Kaundinya and the five good groups, they understand by distinguishing the meaning; like Sanu and others, they understand by elaborating on the meaning; and like the noble Lambastana and others, there exist individuals who accept the words. The causes are also different. As it is said: "The Magadha understands by fragments, the Kosala understands by half a letter, the Panchala understands by speaking, the Westerner understands without speaking." It is like saying this. Therefore, considering the sharp and dull faculties, this tantra should be explained in three ways. Considering understanding by mentioning the beginning, establish names that correspond to the meaning, and understanding by distinguishing the meaning.
