Furthermore, whoever reads the sacred Dharma, explains and demonstrates the oral instructions, performs empowerment and activities, is called a teacher. These also need to be summarized and definitely distinguished. As it is said in other texts: "Whoever gives empowerment, transmits the tantras, and from whom one receives the oral instructions of activities, is also a teacher. These three, and the one who is without jealousy and wishes to benefit others, is a teacher." A teacher who possesses these qualities is worthy of reverence, therefore called a Lama. Because they are equal to the Buddhas in benefiting beings, they are no different from all the Buddhas of the three times. Among them, the most important is the one from whom one receives empowerment, therefore the Vajra Master is the one who gives empowerment. To be disrespectful to them is to harbor malice and contempt. In the "Noble Accomplishment," it is also said: "One should show the mandala of the Lama, even to those who have bad conduct, one should never slander them with body or mind, knowing this." Other texts also say that after receiving oral instructions and so on from the Lama, thinking that now that one has received the oral instructions, what use is this person, and not showing respect, is to slander the teacher from the heart. Thus it is said. The phrase "searching for Vajra Mothers" refers to those who do not regard the Bhagavan Mother, the Stimulating Mother, the One-Hair Mother, Mamaki, Tara, etc., as Wisdom Vajras, but rather proclaim them as Yoginis. The term "of the Yogis" refers to mantras. The phrase "do not despise" is a prohibition against slander because they are women. Because women are the nature of wisdom, contempt for them is one of the fourteen root downfalls, therefore contempt for them is also regarded as a root downfall. If one despises, one will always suffer, so it is repeatedly emphasized here not to despise. Suffering refers to those previously proclaimed. The rest is easy to understand, and the disciples should also prostrate and respectfully touch their heads to the ground. Then, after washing hands and rinsing the mouth, offer offerings to the deities, and offer incense to all in order. Then, with the mandala mantra, perform one hundred and eight homas.

Recite the mantras of pacifying, increasing, subduing, and wrathful activities one hundred and eight times, and the heart mantra twenty-one times. According to the secret mantra that is taught, perform separate butter fire offerings. After that, with your own mantra, perform as many butter fire offerings as you wish. Then offer directional tormas, gather and wash your hands and mouth, and together with the disciples, make offerings with flowers, incense, and so on. Together with the disciples, without distraction, bow respectfully with your head, and recite each mantra as much as possible. Then request them to return to their places. The inferior ones should be swept away and thrown into the great ocean. Thus it is taught. Then, the ritual of painting images is taught with words such as "Bhagavan." In this case, one should try to create a great mandala of painted images, as it is said in the Later Tantra: "Or paint the body in the form of a mandala," which is to be guided in common. However, it should be hidden from the poor and others who have wealth, that is, scriptures and painted images. If you show them to the ignorant, you will not achieve accomplishment in this life, nor will you achieve it in future lives. Therefore, it should be hidden very carefully. Therefore, it is shown outside the mandala. In this case of painting images, if it is permissible to be the same as the deity, then why show other deity forms? If someone asks whether it is appropriate to paint the five chief deities, etc., the answer is that because of great compassion, he strives to bestow accomplishments on practitioners through various means, so he shows it in this way. Then, why paint the Medicine Buddha? The answer is that this Bhagavan, with great compassion, pleases sentient beings, and especially because of the power of previous vows, he blesses various medicines such as taking essences. As it is said: "Whoever remembers or makes offerings and serves the name of this Medicine Buddha, their diseases will be eliminated, and the medicines will have more power, this he has determined." Like that. Here, the consecration substances for painting images are very clear, and it is said that among the consecration substances, taking essences is the best, so one should strive to accomplish
