Since the one who never degenerates is the supreme deity, therefore, in any tantra, as the basis of all remaining empowerments, and the empowerment of the supreme deity, the flower garland empowerment, should be given first, this is temporarily common. Therefore, these empowerments should be performed according to the order and number, just as stated in the tantra. Do not, merely relying on your own conceptual thoughts, divert the profound meaning of the scriptures to another place. Because, if one does not possess faith and scriptures, and teaches the Dharma, then, relying on the conceptual thoughts of names, one will destroy oneself and destroy others. Thus it is said. In the context of transcendental empowerment, some Acharyas say that precious and near-precious, auspicious and near-auspicious, should all be given at the end. For the sake of taming beings who practice elaboration, these should not be negated, nor should they necessarily be given in their entirety, but should be given as appropriate. For the sake of mantra accomplishment, to the disciple who has faith. The term "having faith" is a symbol of all virtues. As it is said in other scriptures: The disciple, whether he receives empowerment himself or receives empowerment from others, should, according to the stated ritual, possess faith, be diligent in the Mahayana Dharma, have no doubt about the practice of secret mantra, not seek faults, promise to be a disciple, abandon arrogance in a shameful manner, have no hypocrisy in his heart, and possess respect. If the disciple possesses such virtues, then a handprint should be placed before him, otherwise it is not established in this way. What is meant here is the handprint. For those who possess such virtues as faith, if wealth is demanded, faith will be lost, so it is said to have faith. The mantra practitioner should be well advised. This refers to demanding wealth. One should demand wealth from each of them according to their respective circumstances. Or, whatever one desires in one's heart, one should offer it peacefully. Thus it is said. I also prostrate with the crown of faith, and if there is any wealth, it should be offered to the guru. The phrase "if there is any wealth" means that if there is no wealth, one should serve. How should a poor disciple show respect to the guru?

make him happy. For all the teachers, respect and offering are merit. It is said that merit is the difference of faith, and should be understood from merit, not from other things. Wealth and treasures, etc., are offerings and donations, which are shown together with benefits, which are easy to understand. So how should the teacher act after receiving offerings? It should be done as stated in some of the action tantras: food and drink, etc., should be given to the poor. Do not give anything to dogs and crows, etc. All utensils and objects should be collected by the teachers. Enjoy it yourself, and do not distribute it to the disciples. All the utensils of the mandala are said to be at the disposal of the teacher himself. If the disciple uses it, he will violate the oath. If you do not want to use it, then the order of the ritual is: the utensils of the Three Jewels, offer them according to the ritual. Umbrellas, whisks, bells, etc., should be offered to the Buddha himself. Cushions, incense, fragrance, etc., should be offered to the Dharma. Clothes, utensils, containers, etc., should be offered to the Sangha. From these, the disciples do not respect even a little. If there is no Sangha, give it to the Bhikshu. Or give it to the Bhikshuni. If you don't want it yourself, give it to the Upasaka. It is said like this. Also from other scriptures: the objects of Vidyā-mantra offerings should be offered to the Three Jewels. If you eat it yourself, you will not get the supreme accomplishment, and that will not happen. It is said that what is not needed should be offered to the supreme, and what is obtained from the supreme should not be given to the non-supreme, and one should not overuse it himself. Equal to all Buddhas, etc., is the ultimate vow of proclaiming offerings. After that, the master will place the disciples well without distraction, and after reciting the Prajñāpāramitā, he should admonish these vows. It is said like this. Equal to all Buddhas. If you despise the Vajra Master, you will always get suffering, so do not despise the Master. Here, the Vajra nature or the Master symbolized by Vajra is the Vajra Master, that
