Facing the direction of Yama, place the palms forward, cross the fingers and clench them into fists, extend the two ring fingers, bring them together and wave them, then place them inward, this is the mudra for invoking Yama. The two ring fingers are extended outward very closely together and placed at the heart, this is the oath mudra. From this, spreading the ring fingers is the sending back mudra. The mantra is: Samaya Svaha. Facing the direction of the 'enemy of truth', sit with the legs together, from the clenched fist of the right hand, the index and middle fingers are brought together and extended like a sword, and placed. The left hand is also done in the same way, placed towards the axe corner, and the index finger of the left hand is bent and waved, this is the mudra for invoking the 'enemy of truth'. From the hooking mudra, extend the two index fingers, this is the dismissal mudra. The mantra is: This is Adaraya Praha Mane Svaha. Surya Graha Adhipataye Svaha. Chandra Yana Kshatra Adhipataye Svaha. Sit with the feet standing side by side. Join the two hands together, with the fingers touching each other's fingertips without any gaps. Make the thumbs round and look downwards, using the iron hooks of the index fingers to hook the earth goddess and others.
