And also the seven precious things and the sixteen auspicious substances, showing that they are offered in a very pleasing manner, it is said: "The sacred divine substances are perfectly offered by the gods." Regarding the ritual of offering, it is based on the Action Tantra, and in "Achieving the Holy One" it says: "Ash offering, bathing offering, mental offering, and the four branches of the ritual, should be applied appropriately." It is said. Based on the Performance Tantra, in "Vairochana's Manifest Enlightenment" it says: "Offerings should be known as four types, namely the ash offering of prostration, and likewise love and compassion, and worldly flowers and incense, flowers born from the fingers, should be offered to all protectors." It is said. In the Yoga Tantras, many offerings are taught, and in the "Goddess Kurukulle" it is said that there are eighteen offerings including flowers. In the "Holy Union," outer, inner, secret, and very secret offerings are taught. Therefore, although offerings are very numerous depending on the practitioner's intention, here it includes nine offerings and more. That is, taking the bathing water as mentioned before, recite: ཨེ་ཧྱེ་ཧི་བྷ་ག་ཝཱན་ནི་ཧ་ཝ་ཀྟེ་ན་ས་ཡ་མེ་ཙ་མ་ཨརྒྷཾ་པུཥྤཾ་དྷཱུ་པཾ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་མཾ་པཱུ་ཛ་ནིར་ཛ་ཏྱེ་པྲ་སིདྡྷི་མེ། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) ཨཱ་ཧ་ར་ཨཱ་ཧ་ར་སརྦ་བིདྷྱ་དྷ་ར་པཱུ་ཛེ་ཏེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ་ or recite: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨརྒྷཾ་པྲ་ཏཱི་ཙྪ་(Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Vajra water, accept) ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུཾ་ to offer. The bathing water is held on the crown of the practitioner's head to offer. Flowers and so on are also held at the heart or navel to offer. That is, first do four cleansings, then offer the bathing water, then the incense, flowers, lamps, and perfumes, recite (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, all dharmas, self-nature, pure) and visualize them as extremely pure, in order to increase them greatly and make them excellent, and to appear as wished, recite: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཨ་པཱ་ཡ་བི་ཤོ་དྷ་ནི་དྷརྨ་ཏཱ་དྷཱུ་པ་ཡ་དེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, all, lower realms, purify, dharma nature, incense, give, hum, phat) ཨོཾ་སརྦ་དུརྒ་ཏི་པ་རི་ཤོ་དྷ་ནི་པུཥྤ་བི་ལོ་ཀ་ནི་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, all, bad destinies, purify, flower, see, hum, phat) (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, all, lower realms, purify, wisdom, light, do, hum, phat) (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, all, lower realms, go, scent, eat, scent, have, hum, phat) etc., scattering them upwards from the joined palms, and from there extending the two thumbs upwards.
