By the incense, may all beings be perfumed. Thus, the wise should speak. Whatever realm of this world, or whatever realms of all ten directions, the distinctions of incense of gods and humans, whether co-emergent, well-mixed, or transformed, all that exists, thus, for the sake of performing the work of offering to all the Tathagatas without remainder, I offer to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, together with the five families, and to all the distinctions of deities of essence, mudra, secret mantra, and vidya mantra. Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Dhūpe Pūjā Megha Samudra Spharaṇa Samaye Hūṃ. Whatever realm of this world, or whatever realms of all ten directions, the distinctions of light of gods and humans, whether mind-born, or jewel light, or lamp light, etc., all that exists, thus, for the sake of performing the work of offering to all the Tathagatas without remainder, I offer to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, together with the five families, and to all the distinctions of deities of essence, mudra, secret mantra, and vidya mantra. Oṃ, megha samudra spharaṇa samaye hūṃ! Having placed the palms together on the crown of the head, one should say thus: Whatever realm of the world this is, or whatever realms of the world in all ten directions, all the jewel mountains of gods and humans, or the collections of jewels of the ocean, all of these, just like this, for the purpose of making offerings to all the thus-gone ones, without remainder and without non-remainder, to all the buddhas and bodhisattvas of the ten directions, together with the five families, and to all the essences, mudras, secret mantras, and the particularities of the deities of vidyā mantras, I offer. Oṃ sarva tathāgata bodhyaṃkara ratna laṃkāra pūja megha samudra sphara samaye hūṃ! Having placed the whirling dance with palms joined on the crown of the head, and having bound the laughing mudra, one should say that even the inner circles of existence will become laughter itself. Whatever realm of the world this is, or whatever realms of the world in all ten directions, all the laughter, charm, joy, and distinctions of playful bliss of gods and humans, all of these, just like this, for the purpose of making offerings to all the thus-gone ones, without remainder and without non-remainder, to all the buddhas and bodhisattvas of the ten directions, together with the five families, and to all the essences, mudras, secret mantras, and the particularities of the deities of vidyā mantras, I offer. Oṃ sarva tathāgata hāsya rati krīta svakhya anuttapūja megha samudra spharaṇa samaye hūṃ! Having placed the palms together on the crown of the head, the wise should say thus: Whatever realm of the world this is, or whatever realms of the world in all ten directions, all the wish-fulfilling trees of gods and humans, or the trees of clothing, all of these, just like this, for the purpose of making offerings to all the thus-gone ones, without remainder and without non-remainder, to all the buddhas and bodhisattvas of the ten directions, together with the five families, and to all the essences, mudras, secret mantras, and the particularities of the deities of vidyā mantras, I offer.
