“Vajrasattva samaya stvam ahum.” With this, the yogi of Bhagavan Vairochana receives the supreme offering. The master, the venerable Manjushri himself, transforms into the great Vairochana. Draw various lotuses at the edge of the eastern gate, and contemplate the master, the great Vajradhara, residing on the moon mandala. Bless with Vajrasattva and others, and then bestow empowerment. Alternatively, at a distance of three cubits from the mandala, manifest the gate of empowerment. On the four-cornered mandala, which is about half the size of the inner mandala, draw a five-colored mandala with the gate facing west. In the center of it, draw an eight-petaled lotus. On top of it, place a lion throne covered with a moon mandala and cloth. On the lion throne, erect a banner, and on the right side, a white parasol adorned with silk and flower garlands, with a white parasol superimposed on the red top. On the left, erect a victory banner and flag decorated with various silks and cloths, and place items for reciting "Om." Offer oblations and offerings. After making proper offerings with flowers and the like, bless the musical instruments such as large drums, cymbals, and conch shells with mudras. Offerings are made externally with dances and songs, and with alluring women, etc., singing auspicious songs, ringing bells, and with the water of vases such as Vajra Descent, preceded by reciting their mantras. One should be empowered as the great Vajra Acharya, reciting "Om Vajra Abhisheka," etc., until the empowerment reaches the vase of complete victory. Then, on his head, holding the samaya mudra of the Manjushri image, recite the mantra "Om Maha Sukha Vajrasattva Jah Hum Bam Hoh Surata Tvam," and he will become the master of the great Vajradhara.
