Therefore, by all means, do not be afraid, be happy. When existence is perfectly pure, one transcends the suffering of existence. Do not abandon the Bodhicitta, do not slander the sacred Dharma, and never abandon it. Do not show that to those who do not know and are ignorant. Do not abandon the vajra bell, and never slander the teacher, who is equal to all Buddhas. Having completely abandoned selfishness, do not torment yourself with asceticism. How to hold it in comfort, and you will attain the accomplishment of the Buddha. Thus, to give relief.
