With one's own wisdom, arrogantly thinking that one has realized the truth, clinging to one's own sect and hating others, thinking that there is no such thing as truth, and saying that one's own view is the truth. To say that others' views are false and wrong without any argument, when there is no falsehood, is ignorance, because one has not seen the meaning that both truth and falsehood are unattainable. In short, the nature of Bodhicitta that is shown is: as long as the world of mind is shaken, that is the realm of Mara, the subtle path. Motion and stillness, words do not abide, and there is no abiding in abiding. The middle way of no appearance is Bodhicitta, thus said the Sugata. Whether it is conceptualization or appearance, whether it is moving or not moving, no matter how one establishes words, one should not abide in the place where one cannot abide. Experiencing it, and the appearance of cessation of experience, and the absence of the appearance of being grasped by consciousness as "it is like this," is the middle way. Because thinking of that meaning in that way, one can achieve unsurpassed Bodhi, so it is called Bodhicitta, thus said the Sugata. In the twelve chapters, the seventh chapter on practicing on the ultimate meaning also has two ways: showing the aspects that are not in harmony with the practice, and showing the meaning of practicing without error. Among them, what is not in harmony with the practice is: completely abandoning the attachment to form, appearance, and wishes, practicing the three liberations is also the work of Mara, because form is emptiness. Practicing non-conceptualization is neither taking nor abandoning, therefore, abandoning the three aspects that are not in harmony such as form, and abiding and practicing in the three doors of liberation of emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness, one will fall into the extreme of taking and abandoning, so it is the work of Mara. Because form is emptiness, appearance is signlessness, and wish is wishlessness, so it is not to be abandoned. Abandoning the three paths of samsara, practicing the path of nirvana is also the work of Mara. That itself is not pacified, but seeks self-nature, abandoning and not abiding anywhere. What accomplishes samsara is called the path of samsara, abandoning the three poisons of desire, hatred, and ignorance, seeking and practicing the path of nirvana is also the work of Mara, such conduct itself is all dharmas.

Because the nature of all things is not realized to be peaceful, seeking the path of Nirvana and abandoning the path of Samsara, both are not established and do not abide. The realm and abode of all noble ones, there is no other path than Nirvana and so on. The realm seen by all noble ones and the place of accomplishment, also without being tainted by the fault of incongruity, having abandoned all that is said, Nirvana and so on, on this path of attaining the distinction of qualities, as it is said, there is no other path to achieve Buddhahood apart from this. There are also four ways to unerringly show the meaning of meditation: briefly showing the meaning of meditation, and explaining the reason why one should meditate in this way, and showing that one should meditate in this way because it is established by reason, and showing the signs of meditating properly. Among them, the meaning of meditation is briefly shown as: arising and not arising, not intentionally abandoning, the mind does not cling to a support, does not manifest. Having characteristics and conceptual thoughts, not intentionally abandoning. For not arising, the mind does not cling to a support. Does not manifest the essence of the fruit or the true meaning. As mentioned above, why meditate? Not Manjushri, even a dust-like movement, that itself is, does not abide there. Why not abandon and not abide? Manjushri refers to Dharmata, Dharmata has no pain, so it is peaceful, if one realizes it, it will become glorious, so it is Manjushri. Not Dharmata or Manjushri, the fault of conceptual thought of characteristics, even a dust-like movement, or seeing existence, that itself is also Dharmata, also the nature of the noble Manjushri, not different from this, so it cannot be abandoned. Then, what is Dharmata like? Because it is not any kind of appearance, there is no basis to abide in the nature of Dharmata or Manjushri, so it is said not to abide there. Because the place of meditation cannot be found, meditation cannot be obtained, knowing the object of the mind, for it, the Dharmata of those things of Dharma is. Why not manifest? Because neither the Dharmata to be meditated upon nor the mind that meditates are established, the place or basis to be meditated upon cannot be found, because there is none, who meditates on what, what fruit will be obtained? Therefore, it cannot be manifested. Mind
