That which has become the refuge, protector, and the object of all hope for all sentient beings is called that. The unsurpassed wisdom mind of the Tathagata, which truly knows all the various thoughts of the minds of all sentient beings to be tamed. It is called "knowing the minds of all sentient beings." Abiding in the minds of all sentient beings is great wisdom, which is the nature of all Tathagatas, and is the great bliss born together with the nature of all dharmas. In such a way, it is called that I abide in the minds of all sentient beings. That is, as it is said in the first chapter: "I and all the Tathagatas abide in the hearts of all beings, free from all elaboration, and always abide in the essence of all things." Therefore, these act in accordance with the mind. It means that in this way, all sentient beings to be tamed with evil minds can also be tamed in a compliant manner. For example, the great sovereign mother of the lower body, Utpala's form, is always attached to the dharma of sexual intercourse, always desiring the male sexual characteristics to be stronger, and is satisfied by means of remembrance, thereby being liberated from the path of evil destinies, just like attaining the fruit of an Arhat, which itself is the nature of perfect fruition, giving rise to great joy in the object, and believing in it, thereby causing all sentient beings in the three realms to feel gratified, and from this arising joy in the present and future fruits, is "making all sentient beings satisfied, making all sentient beings happy." It is called the master possessing the thirteen perfect qualities of the Tathagata, and the great wisdom free from elaboration, like pure crystal, abandoning all faults and flaws, is "accomplishment is complete, without error." That is, abandoning all erroneous dharmas. That is, completely abandoning all errors. In this way, the perfection of benefiting others itself is the container of all past, future, and present, and truly knowing the nature of cause and effect, free from hesitation and separation, reaching the state of oneness.
