Etcetera are the six-fold secret mantra kings. Here, one should rely on the meaning of the word "king," not the word itself, to understand the meaning of the word "king." Some who rely on the word separate and combine the word "king," thinking that "subsequently fully endowed with the king" means that "subsequently" is a particle. The so-called "arising without duality" refers to the nature of great bliss that truly arises in the tantric system from the samadhi of non-duality of wisdom and skillful means, which are the nature of emptiness and compassion inseparable. In terms of the Paramita system, it refers to the mind that is free from all mental agitation such as self and what is grasped and what grasps, and whose nature of selflessness of all dharmas is inseparable from the nature body, which is called Abhiravatya Smaditi arising without duality in terms of meaning. Therefore, it is called the nature of non-birth because it has it here only because it is to be declared the Dharma of non-birth. That all dharmas are unborn should also be determined from scripture and reasoning. Among them, first of all, the scripture is what is said in the Saṃdhinirmocana Sūtra. That is, considering the absence of characteristics, the absence of inherent existence of birth, and the absence of inherent existence of ultimate truth, therefore all dharmas are without substance, without birth, without cessation, originally peaceful, and all dharmas are naturally nirvana. Among them, what is the absence of characteristics? It is the characteristic of what is completely conceptualized. Why? Because it is a characteristic that is nominally established by names and symbols, but not its own characteristic. Because the aggregates and realms, etc., conditioned and unconditioned phenomena, are empty of their own characteristics and common characteristics, they are called the absence of characteristics. What is the absence of inherent existence of birth? It is the dependent nature of all dharmas. Why? Because it arises from the power of other conditions, not from itself. Whatever does not have its own nature is without nature, and that is unborn. Because the unborn is without inherent existence, it is called the absence of inherent existence of birth. What is the absence of inherent existence of ultimate truth?
