It is not the cause of a Brahmin. It is said that one who possesses three qualities is a Brahmin. The inexhaustible glorious Bhagavan Manjushri also practiced asceticism for countless eons, heard immeasurably, and was born from the source of the uncontaminated path of emptiness. Because he possesses these three qualities, he is a true Brahmin. Or, a Brahmin is one who is outside of sinful dharmas, and is called a Brahmin because of the wisdom that is separate from all sinful dharmas. Brahma transforms into the form of Brahma in order to subdue beings to be tamed, so he is Brahma. Ultimately, only the Bhagavan possesses the nature of Brahma that does not abide in Nirvana. All elaborations dissolve and abide in the nature of the holy one, which is Brahma Nirvana. To attain it is to possess it. Ultimately, all dharmas are only emptiness, which is the supreme nature, abiding and dissolving in this nature, which is Brahma Nirvana. To attain it is to possess it, that is, the venerable Manjushri. The characteristic of reversing the karma, birth, and afflictions of oneself and others is the nature of liberation, and because it is its cause, it is liberation. Because it liberates the bonds of samsara, which are the nature of ignorance belonging to the continuum of oneself and others, it is liberation. Correct view is reason, so it is the nature of the path, a limb of liberation, and because it possesses this nature and is its cause, it is called the liberated body. It is a footprint, a sign of birth. Also, in order to liberate, there are eight liberations, such as "one who has form contemplates forms," etc., suppressing in these ways, as it is said, "suppressing and seeing," this is the first liberation. Without the perception of form internally, knowing the external forms, thus knowing and seeing, is the second liberation. Attaining and abiding in the impure liberation with the body is the third liberation. The sphere of infinite space is the fourth liberation. The sphere of infinite consciousness is the fifth liberation. The sphere of nothingness is the sixth liberation. Thought
