Therefore, it is also so powerful. He is said to be the lord of all. The so-called "Lord of Assemblies" and so on, is the chief of the Bodhisattva Sangha, hence the Supreme Assembly. The Hearers and others cause the practice of learning to be upheld, hence the Teacher of the Assembly. Because he has become the chief of the assembly of gods with great magical powers, he is the Lord of Assemblies. Moreover, he is the chief of the assemblies of yakshas, asuras, etc., and protects them, so he is the Lord of Assemblies. Therefore, it is said to be powerful. These are all the meanings of the lord of all. Also, the so-called Supreme of the Assembly is the great mandala of the Tathagata. The Tathagata is the supreme of the assembly of Bodhisattvas, and should be connected in this way. The Teacher of the Assembly dwells fiercely in the Wrathful Mandala, causing the Bodhisattva to uphold his conduct. The Lord of Assemblies dwells in the center of the mandala in the mandala of this world, and now manifests. Because of his blessing as "Freedom of the Lord." The Lord of Assemblies dwells in the Mantra Mandala, because he himself becomes the lord who makes all mantra mother beings happy. Thus, because he obtains power at once in all places, he is powerful. He is great power because he pervades everything, saying that he has great power, so it is said. Because of cherishing the Tathagata's activities of benefiting sentient beings, he is the cherishing holder. Because he enters by himself by the pulling force of past wishes, he does not depend on others. Like the sky, this is great because it opens up opportunities for all sentient beings, and it is also the nature of the path of the Mahayana such as mantras, so it is the great principle. It is declared to be the great body that becomes the freedom of all words. The so-called Lord of Speech, etc., is to definitely show all emptiness, signlessness, non-wish, etc., by knowing the meaning of each separately.

For those who have realized and will surely reveal the inexhaustible Dharma, this is a verbal expression about the power of words. Because of completely and supremely understanding various Dharmas, he knows the eighty-four thousand mental activities of sentient beings, and because he surely reveals the eighty-four thousand aggregates of Dharma in various different moments, he has become the master of words, that is, the lord of assemblies. Possessing the characteristic of the power to speak of reason and liberation, because of supremely understanding the wisdom of various fearlessnesses, with immeasurable means of taming, he satisfies the minds of immeasurable sentient beings, and with immeasurable fearlessness, he causes the continuous stream of words to arise, which is the endless word. This also shows that the Bhagavan, the protector Manjushri, is the inexhaustible treasury of words. The true word that is solely beneficial and not deceptive to sentient beings is thus. Truth is non-abiding Nirvana, and in order to proclaim that state, therefore, he is the speaker of truth. The word "ངང་ (ngang)" here has the meaning of determination. The Four Noble Truths are suffering, origin, cessation, and path, and each of them in turn has four aspects: impermanence, suffering, emptiness, selflessness; origin, cause, arising, condition; cessation, peace, excellence, liberation; path, reason, practice, departure. Because the noble ones truly realize these as they are, they are the Noble Truths. Because they reveal their existence as it is, without inversion, therefore, the Four Noble Truths are the revealers. Furthermore, because they are associated with the three sufferings and tormented by unpleasant things, the five aggregates of grasping are suffering. Because it is dependent arising, it should be fully understood as without self-nature. Because the cause of suffering is origin, which is craving, and the nature of karma and afflictions, therefore, origin should be abandoned through complete understanding, as before. Liberation from suffering and no longer arising is cessation, which should be truly realized. The suffering of

The characteristic of accomplishing the noble eightfold path of going forth is the path. Likewise, Bodhisattvas should contemplate and meditate on it. For the Shravakas and others, suffering is fully understood through aspects such as impermanence. By definitely renouncing, turning away from the benefit of sentient beings, abandoning characteristics such as craving, which arise from all sources, realizing the cessation of all aggregates, cultivating the path, and showing the path to Nirvana like a lamp, the Four Noble Truths are the teachers. 'Non-returning' means non-returning from conceptualization, hence non-returning, which is the non-returning of that very thing. For one's own benefit, it is the cause of that benefit and the increase of the preceding words. A wise being abiding on the eighth ground is said to be non-returning. 'Non-coming' is said of a student abiding in the fruit of the Shravaka Vehicle, who, in the nature of non-returning to the desire realm, has exhausted afflictions and completely attained Nirvana. In the Great Vehicle, whatever is non-returning is also non-coming. Practicing alone like a rhinoceros horn is a Pratyekabuddha, called a rhinoceros, which is conventional truth. In ultimate truth, it is like a rhinoceros, hence a rhinoceros, because it is non-dual. This is said to be the form of the Pratyekabuddha assembly that the Buddha shows himself as for the purpose of taming beings to be tamed. The guide, the self-victor, is called the individual guide. Individual individual is each guide, and this is also applied in conventional truth. In ultimate truth, in each world realm, he becomes the guide of all sentient beings, for the purpose of attaining the path to enlightenment, hence the individual guide. This is also shown to sentient beings who are tamed by the form of Shravakas and others. Therefore, various renunciations are renunciations, and as thought, through all paths, all sentient beings attain all Nirvana, hence for the sake of extreme entry. 'Great elements, one cause.' The great elements are earth and so on. The non-dual cause of these is Bodhicitta, all.
