Rich! By Dharma, all sentient beings are subdued and completely protected, adorned in every way, or appearing and clear, hence the King of Dharma. And why is that? "The teacher of the good path," meaning for the Shravakas, he excellently shows the path that is in accordance with Nirvana. For the Bodhisattvas, also, with the generation of Bodhicitta as the forerunner, he excellently shows the two selflessnesses and the Paramitas such as generosity, therefore he is the King of Dharma. "Meaning Accomplished" refers to whatever intention is of the nature of the ten Bhumis and the Paramitas, that is called "Meaning Accomplished," and if that is accomplished, then it is completely perfect. "Mind Accomplished," mind is discrimination, and correct discrimination is non-inverted discrimination. Accomplishment is the ultimate, hence it is called "Mind Accomplished." This will be declared as follows: In the past, at the time of the initial generation of Bodhicitta, having made countless vows, it only arose as correct discrimination, and those actions done with the intention of liberation, those accomplishments, are perfected in the manner of maturation, hence it is Mind Accomplished, that is, Bhagavan Manjushri. Here, a question is asked regarding the uncomprehended intention: If the Bhagavan's pervasive discrimination is accomplished, then just like ordinary people, he would possess inverted afflictions, so how could he become the basis of all qualities? This has been previously shown, the Bhagavan has no contradictions. In order to show that there are no contradictions, it is said, "Abandon all pervasive discriminations." Having abandoned and discarded all pervasive discriminations, there is no opportunity, in the nature of the Dharmadhatu which is extremely pure, there is no opportunity for discriminations of the nature of ignorance, so how could it arise? For example, in front of the extremely bright and clear sun, there is no opportunity for the darkness of shadows to gather. Similarly, correct wisdom and incorrect knowledge, like light and darkness existing together, are contradictory in nature. Because, discrimination is unreasonable.
