It is called 'Words Without End,' meaning that it fully grasps the distinct stages of being both cause and effect. Because it shows that the Blessed One himself is present in all things, it is not a mere term. Or, even if it were a term, since some words become mantra-like, different from other words, how could one attain the meaning that one wishes to manifest? Therefore, it is possible that it is shown by terms, or that the earlier words become explanations of the earlier words, and the later words are the later words, which is known from the Blessed One's own words. As it is said, 'I will speak, indicate, explain, differentiate, and clarify.' Since there is no differentiation etc. other than this, there is no fault in using terms like this in other places as well. As for 'True Word,' what is the truth of a Bodhisattva? It is that a Bodhisattva, having generated the mind of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, does not abandon that mind even for the sake of life, and does not act wrongly towards sentient beings. This is the truth of a Bodhisattva. If a Bodhisattva, having generated the mind of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, later abandons that mind and acts wrongly towards all sentient beings, this is the most despicable lie of a Bodhisattva. This comes from the 'Collection of True Dharma.' Because deception is not hearing the meaning of the chief person, it is not spoken of as different. Therefore, because he has become the chief, he possesses speech that does not change except to attain Buddhahood, so it is the True Word. Nirvana, emptiness, suchness, and the ultimate limit are truth. Everything else is false and deceptive Dharma. In whatever way, the one who possesses the manner of speaking the truth is the speaker of truth. The word 'and' is a definite statement, and should be regarded as the order of differentiation, 'This is the truth.' The Four Truths are the teachers. The Four Truths are: the Truth of Suffering, the Truth of the Origin, the Truth of Cessation, and the Truth of the Path. What is the Truth of Suffering? The aggregates of samsara

The five are suffering, namely the suffering of suffering, the suffering of change, and the suffering of conditioning. Because it possesses these three sufferings, the five aggregates of grasping are suffering. These five aggregates of grasping, which are characterized by suffering, are called suffering. The nature of suffering that is filled with emptiness by suffering, individually understanding this is the noble truth of knowing suffering in suffering. That which lies dormant in the five aggregates, the cause of existence, and the cause of views, this is the origin. To truly grasp, hold onto, and seek the cause of craving and the cause of views, this is the noble truth of knowing the origin. That which is the cessation, the ultimate end, the stopping of these five aggregates, not arising at the former limit, not transmigrating at the later limit, and not being obtained in the present time, this is called the truth of cessation. Knowing it in this way is the noble truth of knowing cessation in cessation. Which path, through realization, knows suffering, knows the origin, knows cessation, and touches and guides, and is also a path of individual understanding, this is the noble truth of practicing the path. This knowing of emptiness is the noble truth of knowing the path in the path. The hearers completely know suffering, the origin should be abandoned, cessation should be realized, the path should be cultivated. For suffering and so on, impermanence, suffering, emptiness, and selflessness; for the origin, arising, cause, condition, and increase; for cessation, peace, excellence, and liberation; for the path, the way, reason, practice, and definite liberation, these are to be done in sixteen aspects. In short, the five aggregates of grasping are suffering, and should be understood through aspects such as impermanence. The truth of the origin is craving, arising again, possessing attachment with universal joy, and manifesting joy in that, for example, desire for existence.
