Language that is neither abandoned nor foolish, and language that is not rude, and stable, and not vulgar, and gentle, and pure, and extremely liberated, and unobstructed, and thorough, and decisive, and unwavering, and not wild, and peaceful, and acceptable language, and noble language, and even to necessarily emerge in order to end suffering in this way. The speech that possesses immeasurable means of taming the tamable is infinite speech. Thus, by distinguishing the four individual correct knowledges, because there is a difference in showing languages, it is not explained by categories either. Or, because it abides in the nature of the mantra that generates all languages, it is the Lord of Speech, because the main one is the one who has become the master, so it is accomplished from the cause to the effect. Because the arising of language is constantly connected, it is the Lord of Speech. Thus, because the stream of accomplished speech arises, it completely subdues all other debaters, therefore it is endowed with the power of speech, skilled in speaking. Proficient in Sanskrit (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) and, common language and, dialects and, the language of meat eaters and, Magadhi language and, puns and, all kinds of different languages, etc., and because in all languages, it can be expressed in language, it is the master of language.
