Since it is the nature of complete distinction, in all places, mantras should be recited first, and then the lineage should be established. The Lord of Words composed verses, the Lord of Words composed verses. The King of Secret Mantras, possessing six qualities, appearing as non-dual, this unborn Dharma nature was taught. Thus it is said. The Lord of Words is the venerable Lord of Speech, and the verses related to him have been spoken. "The King of Secret Mantras, possessing six qualities," refers to possessing six secret mantras such as Om Vajra Tikshna. Here, some people recite it as "The King of Secret Mantras possesses six after," but this word is not found in many scriptures, so it is not reasonable. Furthermore, similar to the sound of a king, there are the sounds of a king and following. Some say that therefore it is not visible from the connection. Some also explain it in other ways, but the Bhagavan taught the four reliances, what are the four? Namely, rely on the meaning and not on the words, rely on wisdom and not on consciousness, rely on the sutras of definitive meaning and not on the sutras of provisional meaning, rely on the Dharma nature and not on the individual. Among them, what is meaning and what is word? Word refers to indicating worldly dharmas and actions. Meaning refers to realizing transcendental dharmas. Word refers to generosity, taming, skillful taming, and determination. Meaning refers to knowing the equality of generosity, taming, skillful taming, and determination. Word refers to proclaiming the faults of samsara. Meaning refers to realizing non-attachment to samsara. Word refers to proclaiming the qualities and benefits of nirvana. Meaning refers to not discriminating all dharmas that are naturally nirvana. Word refers to showing how to establish the vehicle as it is. Meaning refers to knowing the way to enter the indivisible and single Dharmadhatu. Word refers to completely abandoning all possessions.
