With. Having filled all three worlds, O mighty Vajrapani, again spoken to the secret lord. Called this, like the voice of Brahma, just as those who dwell in nearby places hear, so too do the distant outer realms of the world hear. Not only do those who dwell in any place hear without obstruction, but also those who dwell far away, or are inferior and have dull ears, can hear in a pleasant, delightful, and clear manner the meaning it conveys. Therefore, the one endowed with great compassion, and so on, is spoken again. Endowed with great compassion, for the sake of benefiting beings, you, the embodiment of wisdom, Manjushri, the recitation of whose name is of great significance, purifying and eliminating sins, are diligent in listening from me. Well done, glorious Vajradhara, Vajrapani, well done! Called this, because you are endowed with great compassion for the benefit of beings, therefore you are diligent in listening to the correct recitation of the name that has great meaning. Therefore, well done, well done, because you are extremely pleased, it is said twice. Because it becomes the cause for attaining Buddhahood itself, it is of great significance. Because it becomes the antidote to practicing misdeeds, it makes pure. Because it completely prevents all sins, it eliminates sins. Whose name, endowed with such excellent qualities, is correctly recited? The embodiment of wisdom, Manjushri, is what is said. Secret Lord, therefore I, will explain it well to you. You should listen with a focused mind. The Blessed One requested, saying: It is very good. Called this, because you are engaging in listening, therefore it is the distinction of what is to be explained as being well-spoken. I will explain and show you the correct recitation of the name without inversion. O Secret Lord, listen with a focused mind. If the mind is distracted, one will not be able to comprehend the meaning of what is said, therefore the explanation will become fruitless. For the sake of future beings who should learn, it is said in this way, otherwise the great Vajradhara is always one who has not been taught.

Because it is only non-distraction! The Blessed One, that is good, thus requested. The meaning of "Blessed One, that is good" is that the words spoken by the Blessed One, "Listen with one-pointed mind," those spoken are good and beautiful, therefore listen in that way. Thereafter, the Blessed One Shakyamuni, the lord of speech, spoke these verses, thus connecting. Therefore, the meaning of "therefore" is, immediately after hearing, to determine. Because of destroying the armies of Mara, it is the Blessed One. Because of being born from the Shakya clan, it is Shakya. Because of possessing the ability to endure body, speech, and mind, it is the Endurer. All the great lineages of secret mantras, etc., the meaning of "All the great lineages of secret mantras" is that, when in the state of generating actions, conduct, yoga tantras, and conceptualizations, etc., it is the lineage of secret mantras. Because it pervades places and times, etc., it is great. Having observed those, he spoke this verse, thus connecting to those mentioned below as well. The lineage of holders of secret mantras and vidya-mantras is the observation of those continuums. The three lineages are the nature of the Tathagata, Vajra, and Padma families, which are the collection of all lineages. To observe thoroughly is to definitely contemplate, whether suitable or unsuitable, and whether destined or not, thus definitely contemplating one's own nature is necessary for all observations, it should be seen in this way. The lineages of the mundane and supramundane worlds, the great lineage that illuminates the world, etc., for these, the lineage of mundane mantras is the mundane lineage. The lineage of secret mantras that transcends the world is the supramundane lineage. Both of those are the lineages that illuminate the world. Or the lineage that illuminates the world is the lineage that illuminates the world, and that which transcends the world is the lineage of the Great Wrathful One. The supreme lineage of the Great Mudra, and after greatly observing the Great Lineage Ushnishas, for these, the Great Mudra is the vidya-goddesses such as the eyes. Their lineage is related to the secret mantras arising from them and the tantras born from the mudras. The Great Lineage Ushnisha is the difference of deities born from the power of mantras such as the one-syllable. These are, all the great lineages of secret mantras, etc., summarized.
