and insatiable with knowledge. These four insatiabilities become the accumulation of wisdom for the bodhisattvas, and so forth. Furthermore, the accumulation of wisdom is that which follows all sentient beings and follows all dharmas. The accumulation of wisdom is also seen from generosity. Similarly, the accumulation of wisdom is also seen from ethics, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom. The accumulation of wisdom is also seen from loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity. Why is that? Because all the endeavors of the bodhisattvas are made of wisdom, preceded by wisdom, rely on wisdom, and abide in the wisdom of omniscience. Therefore, all those who possess wisdom are objects of observation. All the maras cannot find fault with them. All the vessels of the Buddha's teachings are near to them, and they have not obtained the blessings of the Buddha. They will also obtain the wisdom of omniscience. This is called the inexhaustible accumulation of wisdom. Those practices, in the temporary state, even if they are practiced, on the ground of ripening, in all aspects, are completely perfected, without characteristics, spontaneously accomplished, without discrimination, and without obscurations, they are transformed into the wisdom of omniscience. Therefore, the accumulation of wisdom is perfected, and because it is the accumulation of wisdom itself, the Bhagavan is the accumulation of wisdom. To explain with other words that do not conform to the verses is not a fault, because it is explained according to the order of the grounds. Now, in order to show the nature of the four abodes of Brahma:

The intention of is immeasurable. As it is said in the Sutra Spoken by Inexhaustible Wisdom: "Son of the Venerable Sharadvatiputra, the loving-kindness of the Bodhisattvas is also inexhaustible. Why is that? Because there is no limit. The loving-kindness of the Bodhisattvas is made limitless, and their close practice of loving-kindness is completely uninterrupted. Just like that, as much as the realm of sentient beings is, that much the Bodhisattva's mind of loving-kindness pervades. Son of the Venerable Sharadvatiputra, just like that, for example, there is no place that this realm of space does not pervade. Son of the Venerable Sharadvatiputra, similarly, there is no sentient being that this loving-kindness of the Bodhisattva does not pervade. Just like that, for example, the realm of sentient beings is immeasurable, and there is no end to it. Similarly, the loving-kindness cultivated by the Bodhisattva is also immeasurable, and there is no end to it, just as space is inexhaustible, so sentient beings are inexhaustible. Because sentient beings are inexhaustible, so loving-kindness is inexhaustible, therefore those noble beings are called inexhaustible in loving-kindness." After saying that, the Venerable Sharadvatiputra said to the Bodhisattva Inexhaustible Wisdom: "Noble son, how much is the realm of sentient beings?" Inexhaustible Wisdom said: "Venerable Sharadvatiputra, the earth realm, the water realm, the fire realm, and the wind realm, however much they are, the realm of sentient beings is much more than that." He said: "Noble son, can't it be illustrated with a metaphor?" Inexhaustible Wisdom said: "Venerable Sharadvatiputra, it can be illustrated, but not with a small cause. Venerable Sharadvatiputra, just like that, for example, in the east there are worlds as many as the sands of the Ganges River, similarly in the south, similarly in the west, similarly in the north, similarly in all ten directions, in each direction there are worlds as many as the sands of the Ganges River, all of those are filled with the water of the great ocean and become one, and sentient beings as many as the sands of the Ganges River gather, and from the amount divided into a hundred parts of a hair tip, one drop of water is taken, similarly, other sentient beings as many as the sands of the Ganges River gather, and after how many eons
