Being the chief among those who wish to speak of non-Buddhist practitioners other than those such as, he is the supreme of speech. The assemblies of speakers such as Śrāvakas, Pratyekabuddhas, Bodhisattvas, Phurba, Wrathful Ones, Indra, Vishnu, Brahma, etc., are extremely beautiful with speech that overwhelms everything, so he is the king of speech. Being the supreme of speech of Śrāvakas, Pratyekabuddhas, Sons of the Victorious Ones, Brahma, etc., and showing the meaning that is not mistaken and not deceiving, in all ways possessing प्रमाण (pramāṇa, valid cognition), he is the supreme of speech. Therefore, it is the supreme place, especially becoming the supreme of all speakers. Since all demons and non-Buddhists etc. cannot overcome, he is the lion of speech, immovable. It is said. After showing the uncommonness of acting to overwhelm everything with the richness of speech, in order to show the uncommonness of the greatness of the nature of the body, he said, "Always looking, supremely delighted." Having the manner of seeing all things that are practiced to the end of the sky with unobstructed wisdom, in all ways without exception, therefore he is always looking. Having realized the suchness of all dharmas, he is the supreme delight with the great bliss of the body of great joy. Having a body adorned with a garland of radiating light, therefore he is a garland of splendor. Even though surrounded by a garland of splendor, he has a body of peaceful nature, and because of the good appearance, he is pleasing to see. Having the supreme light of wisdom that dispels the darkness of ignorance, therefore he is good light. Because the form of wisdom pervades and illuminates the knowable, it is blazing. Having a collection of auspiciousness adorned with the characteristics of the auspicious knot, therefore it is the auspicious knot. In all ways, it is beautiful and clearly visible with radiance, and the light that illuminates the inner suchness is realized by oneself, whoever has this light is "the one who illuminates with a blazing light in his hand," which means the glorious one who overwhelms all attendants. Or, the state of being illuminated by rays of light is the illuminator.

O! "Ka (ཀ་, Devanagari: क, Romanized Sanskrit: ka, literal meaning: ka letter)" is happiness, "Ra (ར་, Devanagari: र, Romanized Sanskrit: ra, literal meaning: ra letter)" is giving. Therefore, to give happiness, it is called "holding Ka Ra (ཀ་ར་, Devanagari: कर, Romanized Sanskrit: kara, literal meaning: ka ra) in hand." Thus, it is both giving happiness and being a radiant illuminator, so it is called that. The very nature of such an illuminator who dispels ignorance and gives happiness is oneself, so, O venerable Manjushri, "Giver of Bliss, Radiant Illuminator." That is what it is called. These are names endowed with all kinds of supreme qualities, and having fully shown the meaning of oneself by the very nature of the Sambhogakaya, adorned with signs and examples. In order to show the manner of the means by which the Bhagavan venerable Manjushri performs the benefit of others, he said, "Great Physician, Chief Lord," and so on. Because he completely reverses all diseases, bestows the medicine of the supreme Dharma that teaches the two kinds of selflessness, and heals the diseases of afflictions, he is the Great Physician. Because he shows the distinction of the basis of the disease of afflictions that has the root of manifest attachment to self and what belongs to self, he is the Chief Lord. Because from one birth to another without beginning, he extracts from the root the painful thorns of desire and so on, which are the forms of suffering, he is the unsurpassed extractor of thorns. Because he mixes and practices all the natures of medicines, the Dharmas of the Buddhas, and pacifies all the diseases of afflictions, he is called "Tree of all medicines." Because afflictions themselves are of the nature of killing, they are all diseases. Because the enemy of these, like an enemy, is exhausted together with his lineage, he is the great enemy of all diseases. In order to show that even though he has become the enemy of all afflictions, he never has a discordant form, he said, "Delightful, Supreme of the Three Worlds, Possessing a Glorious Constellation Wheel." Because he is to be desired by all, he is delightful. Because he is the most supreme of the three realms, he is the Supreme of the Three Worlds. Among the stars, like the circle of the moon, among the gods and so on, like the circle of the moon, he has a captivating body, so he is the Possessing a Glorious Constellation Wheel.
