Therefore, (it is said) false language, because there is no reason not to speak. Thus it is said. In all the three realms, only it is convincing, not Brahma and others, because they are attached to the nature of falsehood. Because it shows the fundamental, non-deceptive path to becoming a Buddha, it is true. Even for ordinary people, there is a little bit of truth, but that alone is not convincing. Because there is no other fundamental meaning than becoming a Buddha, it has already been extensively explained, so I will not repeat it. Therefore, it is the unsurpassed refuge and protection. That is, in order to pacify the enemies of affliction for all those who are terrified and frightened by the enemies of affliction, and to make the power of the roots of virtue more and more stable, which does not exist in Brahma, Indra, Ishvara, etc., and other those who are free from worldly desires, therefore it is unsurpassed. The Dharma of perfect enlightenment, which is completely fulfilled and pervades the realm of space, and has characteristics such as generosity and fearlessness. Whatever enjoyment is enjoyed, that is enjoying from the edge of space. Omniscience, that is, the wisdom of the Buddhas is the wisdom of omniscience. Because it is difficult to enter, and is the source of all the precious qualities of all the Buddhas, and becomes the abode of all sentient beings, it is called the ocean of the wisdom of omniscience. Just as those who live inside an eggshell cannot see things even though the scenery outside is very clear. Similarly, for those who dwell in the darkness of the shell of ignorance, even if the light of correct wisdom has been shown, they cannot see the reality of the selflessness of all dharmas. However, those who have broken the shell of ignorance are able to see, because by the cause of seeing reality, with the vajra that comprehends the selflessness of all dharmas, they have completely dispelled the darkness of the shell of ignorance, such as the delusion of clinging to the self.
