The teacher of gods and humans, the Buddha Bhagavan, the only one who appeared in the world, that is called a person. All those statements about persons were taught by the Tathagata in order to guide sentient beings who are in the realm of conventional language. So, what is the manifest person? Those are not to be relied upon. In order that they do not cling to reliance, the Bhagavan also said, rely on the Dharma-nature, but not on a person. So, what is Dharma-nature? It is like this: unchanging, unfabricated, without action, without creation, not abiding, not extremely abiding, without root, without root, without equality in all places, equal to the equal, equal to the unequal, equal, equal to the unequal, without discrimination, without fabrication, obtaining faultlessness in all dharmas, and the characteristic of being completely of the nature of emptiness, this is called Dharma-nature. Those who rely on Dharma-nature do not rely on any realm. Therefore, by entering the way of the Dharma door, because of relying on all dharmas, all dharmas become only Dharma-nature, this is called relying on Dharma-nature and not relying on a person. And, "appearing as non-dual." Regarding this, according to the tantric view, wisdom and means are two. When they become one, it is non-dual, the non-duality of wisdom and means, the nature of great bliss is considered to be non-dual, and it arises from that. According to the Paramita view, the grasped and the grasper, or the self and the self's, or the knower and the known, as long as the mind is still moving, everything is dual. Being free from all movement and without elaboration, all dharmas are without self, which is the nature of non-duality, appearing as the Dharma-nature's self-nature body, therefore it is appearing as non-dual. In order to distinguish the non-dual appearance by way of non-arising, it is said "nature of non-arising," that is, the one who has the Dharma of non-arising, here is the nature of non-arising. Here also, it refers to being unborn in terms of the nature of complete imputation, complete imputation.
