Being proficient and familiar with the past realm, therefore being proficient in all phenomena that necessarily arise. I abide in the path of all arising, which is abiding in the path of the pacification of the Pratyekabuddhas. Abiding in the path of all necessary arising. The one who demonstrates all necessary arising is the pacification of the perfectly enlightened Buddhas, which is all necessary arising. The one who demonstrates this is the supreme demonstrator, who is the Blessed One. The twelve branches cut off the root of existence, holding twelve kinds of purity, possessing the aspect of the truth of the four noble truths, holding the realization of the eight consciousnesses. Among them, the twelve branches cutting off the root of existence means: the twelve branches are: ignorance, action, consciousness, name and form, six sense sources, contact, feeling, craving, grasping, existence, birth, old age and death. Among them, because it obscures reality, ignorance obscures reality, because it hinders the seeing of the meaning of what is desired to be manifested as it is. Because it sows, it is action, because it separately establishes the karmic imprints in consciousness. Because it leads, it is consciousness, because it leads to the place of birth. Because it holds everything, it is name and form. Because it perfects the object of self, it is the six sense sources. Because the three gather and completely decide, it is contact. Because it closely enjoys, it is feeling. Because it accumulates, it is existence. Because it connects the future existence thrown by karma with this life, it is grasping. Because consciousness manifests attachment and so on that are in accordance with birth, it is existence, because the ripened fruit arises and manifests in the future existence done by karma. Because of its suffering, it is birth and old age and death. Therefore, it is the twelve branches. The root of existence of their samsara is the nature of the five aggregates because of their close grasping. That which is uprooted and cut off from the root by what, that is the twelve branches cutting off the root of existence. Thus, it is also said in the differentiation of time and extremes: because of its obscuration and sowing, because of its guidance, because of its holding, because of its accomplishing perfection.

And for the sake of cutting off the three, for the sake of approaching and gathering, for the sake of combining and manifesting, for the sake of suffering, afflictions flow. Thus it is said. Possessing twelve kinds of purity, the twelve kinds are the twelve sources of purity, because they are separated from the dualistic conceptualizations of grasping and being grasped. Because they hold these, they possess twelve kinds of purity. Having the aspect of the nature of the four truths, namely suffering, origin, cessation, and path, are the noble truths. The nature of these four truths is the path. That which possesses the nature of that very aspect is the one who possesses the aspect of the nature of the four truths. That itself is the Bhagavan. Holding the realization of the eight knowledges, the eight knowledges are the knowledge of the Dharma as it is spoken, the subsequent knowledge, the knowledge of suffering, the knowledge of origin, the knowledge of cessation, the knowledge of the path, the knowledge of cessation, and the knowledge of non-arising. Realizing them is to manifest them. Because of holding that, one holds the realization of the eight knowledges. That itself is the Bhagavan. Possessing twelve aspects of truth, that itself knows sixteen aspects, becomes enlightened with twenty aspects, and is the supreme Buddha who knows all aspects. That is to say, possessing twelve aspects of truth, the meaning of the truths is the meaning of truth. Because it distinguishes itself into twelve aspects of purity, the wheel of Dharma is turned twelve times in three ways, which is as follows: In the truth of suffering, impermanence, suffering, and emptiness. In the truth of origin, origin, cause, and increase. In the truth of cessation, cessation, peace, and excellence. In the truth of the path, path, reason, and practice. Because it has become like that, and the wheel of Dharma of the twelve truths is turned according to its capacity, therefore this Bhagavan is, possessing twelve aspects of truth. Thus it is said. That itself knows sixteen aspects. In that, in the truth of suffering that is practiced in desire, by considering impermanence, suffering, emptiness, and selflessness, the forbearance of the knowledge of the Dharma of suffering and the knowledge of the Dharma of suffering arise.
