Ga is the meaning of being the chief of all words. It is for the sake of obtaining accurate knowledge of each definitive word. A skilled speaker is for the sake of obtaining accurate knowledge of each Dharma. Mastery of words is for the sake of obtaining accurate knowledge of each confidence. Because one with excellent intelligence obtains four kinds of separate accurate knowledge, he is called skilled in speaking the Dharma. Therefore, it is said that words are infinite. That which is endowed with the purity of infinite words is infinite words, because it turns the wheel of Dharma to all sentient beings in all languages, just as they are entitled to. Words are true, speaking the truth. The Four Noble Truths are the teacher. That is to say: Among them, true words are two truths, namely, the conventional truth and the ultimate truth. Among them, the conventional has three aspects: the imputed conventional, the knowing conventional, and the expressing conventional, and these are their truths. The ultimate truth is to be understood only from the one perfectly accomplished. There are also three kinds of ultimate: the ultimate, the attained ultimate, and the accomplished ultimate. Among them, the ultimate is suchness, which is called the meaning of noble wisdom. The attained ultimate is nirvana, which is called the noble meaning. The accomplished ultimate is the path, which is called the ultimate. The words that enter based on these two truths are called true words. As the venerable Nagarjuna said in the Root Verses on the Middle Way: The Buddhas teach the Dharma, relying on two truths, the conventional truth and the ultimate truth. Those who do not know the distinction between these two truths do not know the profound reality of the Buddha's teachings. It is also said that speaking the truth is speaking the truth, and truth is the nature of correct emptiness. Therefore, whoever possesses this way of speaking is a speaker of truth. The Four Noble Truths are the teacher. That is to say: Among them, truth is the concise characteristic of all knowable things, namely, the Four Noble Truths. The truth of suffering is the inverted view of the aggregates, etc.

The characteristic of turning back is that it is contrary to the noble ones. The truth of arising, in short, is the suffering as spoken of, which is the cause of ignorance, and the causes such as actions are the truth, because it is the cause of suffering. The truth of cessation is that all phenomena that are examined as they are, are the Blessed One because of the characteristic of not being born as they are. Realizing that which is the antidote to the opposite of delusion is also the truth of the path, which completely perfects complete enlightenment, such as giving through the power of loving-kindness. Those who teach these are the teachers of the four truths. The non-returner does not come back. The guide is the solitary conqueror like a rhinoceros horn. That is to say, the non-returner is the one who does not turn back from the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment, and that is called the non-returner. Just as the Hearer lineage does not turn back, and because it clarifies this, it is the non-returner. Because one receives the prophecy on the eighth immovable ground. The non-comer is the one who has attained faith and vision, and whoever desires from that, having purified the nine types of afflictions to be abandoned by cultivation, is called the non-comer. It is also said that the eight aspects of desire, and the ninth is also exhausted, once again comes back, and the person is born as a non-comer. So it is said. The solitary Buddha is of two types: practicing like a rhinoceros horn, and practicing in a group. Among them, speaking from the perspective of practicing like a rhinoceros horn, the term rhinoceros horn means like a rhinoceros horn. The term rhinoceros means the sentient being rhinoceros itself, which only grows one horn on its head. Because it is similar to that, it is said to attain Buddhahood alone, so it is said to be like a rhinoceros horn. The guide, the solitary conqueror, is the one who practices in a group. Because each is the main one, it is the guide, because it is practicing in a group. Arising from various liberations, the great elements are one cause. That is to say, among them, arising from various liberations. The various liberations mentioned are the Nirvana of Hearers and so on. Because those necessarily arise, it is liberation, which disciple sentient being
