That which is suchness is the self-nature, meaning the self-nature of emptiness. Therefore, it is called the pure self, because there is no sudden defilement, and its self-nature is immutable. Speaking truthfully means that the truth is the four noble truths. Whoever speaks of them in the proper way and possesses them is called that. Alternatively, the profound meaning of dependent origination is the meaning of truth. Speaking of it is the same as before. That is what the venerable Nagarjuna Heart Essence said: "There is nothing to be removed here. There is nothing to be established. In reality, look at reality. Seeing reality is liberation." So it is said. The term "words do not change" means that for all sentient beings, the wheel of Dharma is turned correctly and without inversion, according to their respective natures. "Do as you say" means that all dharmas are taught to be empty, selfless, illusory, dreamlike, mirage-like, like a city of gandharvas, and like the moon in water, and that one also keeps them in mind. Therefore, it is said, "Do as you say." Therefore, it is said that words do not change, because with true words, for all sentient beings, the wheel of Dharma is turned correctly and without inversion, according to their respective natures. The term "non-duality" means that there is no duality of grasper and grasped. The object of its absence is called non-duality, and that is the Bhagavan himself. Although there is no duality in the ultimate truth, it appears as duality in the conventional truth. "Abiding in the ultimate reality" means that the ultimate reality is the meaning of non-inversion, because there is no basis for inversion. Abiding in that ultimate reality is inseparable from its self-nature. "Possessing the roar of the selfless lion" means that selflessness is of three kinds: selflessness because of the absence of characteristics, selflessness because of dissimilar characteristics, and selflessness because of one's own characteristics. These three kinds of selflessness are lions, because they are fearless, like lions, so they are lions, and the roar of the selfless lion is selflessness.

It is the roar of a lion. Whoever possesses it is said to possess the roar of the selfless lion. "The fearful maker of the heretical mountain deer," which means that the path to enter the ocean of nirvana is 'Mu' and 'Deg'. Therefore, it is both 'Mu' and 'Heretic', so it is an evil heretic. For that very reason, it is a mountain deer, because it is frightened by the roar of the selfless lion. Whatever way it is that makes it fearful, that is what makes it fearful. The heretical mountain deer and the evil ones are the ones who make it fearful, that is, the heretics, that is, the ones who make the mountain deer and the evil ones fearful. Thus it is said: By the sound of the letter of emptiness, All opponents will be terrified. Wherever it enters, There is emptiness there. So it is. "The one who goes everywhere" is the emanation body because he goes everywhere like the wisdom that arises from blessings. Therefore, one must examine oneself in this way. Alternatively, the one who goes everywhere is the five who go everywhere. These are called the great earth, and they are born from the mind of all the realms of the great earth. There, for a while, there are the dharmas of the nature of touch, attention, feeling, perception, and thought. Whoever possesses these is called the one who goes everywhere. "Meaningful pace" means that meaningful is without bondage. Pace means going. Whoever possesses that is the meaningful pace. "As fast as the mind of the Tathagata," because in just one moment he can go to all the immeasurable realms of the world. "Victor" is so called because he (the Victor) is victorious over non-virtuous dharmas. "Supreme Victor" is so called because he possesses supreme victory. "Victorious over enemies" means that the enemies are the afflictions. Because he (the Victor) is victorious over them, he is victorious over enemies. "Wheel-turning king" is said to be the four wheel-turning kings in the Abhidharma. So, when is the time of their appearance? What kind of characteristics does the wheel possess? Do they appear simultaneously or in what way do they proceed? Therefore, Vasubandhu said: When the wheel-turning king appears, It will not exceed eighty thousand. Those with wheels of gold, silver, copper, and iron, Those continents...
