, and the freedom over Dharma. Because it possesses these ten freedoms, it is the great one possessing ten freedoms. Because there is no beginning, it is without beginning. If there were a beginning, it would become without cause, so it is always existent and non-existent. The nature that is not obscured by external and internal elaborations is the nature of non-elaboration. Because it abides thus in all times, it is the Suchness nature. Because it is that itself, it is the pure self. Truth is the reality of Dharma that is not deceptive and not inverted. Because it possesses the manner of speaking that, it is the speaker of truth. Because it does not speak words that deceive others, it is the one whose words do not change. Because it perfectly accomplishes the meaning of what was vowed, it is the one who speaks as he said. Because he perfectly accomplished becoming a Buddha for the benefit of beings, as he vowed, he is the one who does accordingly. Grasping and holding, or knowing and what is to be known, the two are from form and so on, what is to be grasped, and from the eye and so on, what holds, up to the mind and Dharma are two. Because these two are not there, it is the nature of non-duality. That which shows that, in true conventionality, is Suchness, true limit, emptiness, non-duality, nirvana, Dharmakaya, and Dharmata, thus it is explained that as long as it abides, all pure non-dual Suchness nature, the Bhagavan is also non-dual, it is the true reality. That limit is ultimate, it is the reality other than that. That limit is ultimate, because there is no reality other than that, so it is the true limit. There, by that nature, all unmoving, by the nature of the Dharmadhatu, abides there, so it abides in the true limit. In order to show the nature of removing the arrogance of sentient beings who are manifestly attached to self and what belongs to self, it possesses the roar of the lion of selflessness. It makes the evil deer of the Tirthikas afraid. Thus it is said. Because it is separated from self, it is selfless. Because it is the nature of selflessness, it possesses selflessness, and whatever proclaims a fearless sound like a lion is the one who possesses the lion's roar, all dharmas are without self.

The lion's roar called "Making a Roar"! Whatever relies on evil views is an evil view heretic. Evil view heretics are like deer in the mountains, so they are mountain deer. Because they frighten (the heretics), they are called "Evil Heretic Mountain Deer Frightener." It means that for those who proclaim annihilationism and so on, and those who acknowledge the existence of a self and so on, because they teach the Dharma that possesses no-self, they make them afraid. Because it is the nature of the Dharmadhatu, it is the Universal Goer, because there is no Dharma other than the Dharmadhatu. In order to tame sentient beings, the purposeful and unimpeded progress in everything is Purposeful Power. Just as the Buddhas of the past proceeded, so it is the Tathagata. As fast as the mind desires, so it is As-Fast-as-Mind, that is, uttering verses of the holy Dharma with the power of the mind. Because of overcoming sinful dharmas, it is the Victor. Among all speakers, it is especially victorious, so it is the Supreme Victor. Because of gaining complete victory over external demons and other enemies, it is the Conqueror of Enemies. Because of obtaining the sole Chakravartin of letters, it is the Chakravartin. Because it is not subdued by all the demons, it is the Great Power. Because it teaches the Dharma of learning for the Sangha of Hearers, it is the Teacher of the Sangha. Because it has become the leader of the Sangha of Bodhisattvas, it is the Supreme of the Sangha. Because it has become the master of the Sangha of gods and so on residing in the mandala, it is the Lord of the Sangha. Because it has become the master of external gods and asuras, it is the Lord of the Sangha. Because of obtaining the power of becoming the master, it is the Possessor of Power. Because it possesses great power over all sentient beings, it is the Great Power. Because it possesses all the cherishing of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, it is Cherished. Because it is the nature of the Great Vehicle path, it is the Great Path. Because it does not need to be guided by others, it does not rely on others, meaning that it does not rely on others, but can accomplish the benefit of sentient beings by itself. Because it is the Lord of Speech of the nature of truly knowing each meaning, it is the Lord of Speech. Because it truly knows each Dharma, it is the Dharma of...
